SOICRAT adhesive bridge V2027, 3 kg

Universal primer based on waterborne acrylic resins containing silica fillers and other special additives.

To improve the adhesion of subsequent layers of smoothing and leveling compounds or floor adhesives (concrete, ceramics, natural stone, old non-absorbent tiles) and building materials (brick, aerated concrete blocks, plasters, screeds, etc.) both indoors and outdoors, optionally also as a primer for epoxy and polyurethane coatings.

Preparation of substrate for Soicrat adhesive bridge:

Substrates intended for application must be perfectly clean, dry, mature, free of oils and greases, dried cement milk, and loose particles. It must not be applied to substrates with rising moisture.

Example coating procedure for Soicrat adhesive bridge:

The coating material must be well mixed before application to ensure that no sediment remains at the bottom, dilution is possible with max. 10% water. The application temperature is +5°C to +35°C. It can be applied with a roller, brush, or in some cases by spraying. After drying, it is possible to continue with the application of plaster or smoothing screed. Drying time varies depending on environmental conditions and substrate absorption, ranging from 1 to 5 hours. It can also be applied after a longer time.

Recommended application methods for Soicrat adhesive bridge:

With a brush and roller - recommended consistency 60-80s / Ford cup Ø 4mm; diluted up to 10%.

Storage of Soicrat adhesive bridge:

The product maintains its useful properties for 5 years from the date of manufacture, in its original unopened packaging. Store in a dry place at a temperature of +5oC to +25oC. During transport and storage, protect from frost!
