DENAS UNIVERSAL-GLOSS top coat for wood, metal and concrete, 0111 gray, 700 g

DENAS UNIVERSAL represents a top water-dilutable paint intended for coatings of structural elements and constructions made of wood, metals, building materials, fresh galvanized sheets and galvanized roofing templates, aluminum, selected types of plastics, laminate, ceramic tiles with added silane or gypsum board. It complies with the standard for surface treatment of products and toys for children aged 0-3 years (ČSN EN 71, part 3) and is approved for food contact. The created coating exhibits high durability, does not become brittle or chalky due to UV radiation and weather influences and withstands common household cleaning products well. Treated surfaces offer exceptional mechanical resistance along with a long lifespan in both indoor and outdoor environments.

The product is safe under the specified usage conditions and meets the hygiene requirements for toys and products for children aged up to 3 years (according to EN 71, part 3), Government Regulation No. 86/2011 Coll., Annex No. 2, III. Chemical substances, point 12 and also complies with the hygiene requirements for products intended for contact with food and drinking water, established by MZČR Regulation No. 38/2001 Coll., in the applicable version for the white base. DENAS COLOR a.s. has implemented measures to ensure that the product placed on the market complies with the technical documentation and with the basic requirements. It does not guarantee the validity of certificates during tinting outside the manufacturer's facility.

Application procedure:

The substrate must be dry, free from dirt, non-adhering layers of old coatings, and grease. Protect new metal surfaces with 1-2 coats of DENAS NA KOV-ZÁKLAD or DENAS NA KOVY 2V1 anti-corrosion primer, then apply the top coat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 layers. For wooden substrates, first unify with DENAS NA DŘEVO-ZÁKLAD or diluted DENAS UNIVERSAL paint in a 1:1 ratio with water, in 1-2 layers considering the absorbency of the wood. Then perform the top coat with undiluted paint in 1-2 layers. For wood in outdoor environments, we recommend protecting it to a depth with a suitable biocidal wood preservative. Protect mineral substrates by applying a primer in 1-2 layers followed by the top coat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 layers. The minimum temperature for application and drying is +10 °C and air humidity up to 70%.
