DENAS UNIVERSAL-GLOSS top coat for wood, metal, and concrete, 0111 gray, 700 g

DENAS UNIVERSAL is a top water-based paint for coatings on structural elements and constructions made of wood, metal, building materials, fresh galvanized sheet metal, and galvanized roofing sheets, aluminum, certain types of plastics, laminate, ceramic tiles with the addition of silane, drywall. It meets the surface treatment standards for products and toys for children aged 0-3 years (ČSN EN 71, part 3) and is suitable for contact with food. The coatings have excellent resistance, do not chalk, nor become brittle under the influence of UV radiation and weather conditions, and are resistant to cleaning agents used in households. Coated surfaces are extremely mechanically resistant and exhibit long durability in both interior and exterior settings.

The product is safe under the specified conditions of use and meets the hygiene requirements for toys and products for children aged up to 3 years (according to EN 71, part 3), Government Regulation no. 86/2011 Coll., Annex no. 2, III. Chemical substances, item 12, and also meets the hygiene requirements for products intended for contact with food and drinking water, as stipulated by the Ministry of Health Regulation no. 38/2001 Coll., in its valid version for white base. DENAS COLOR a.s. has implemented measures to ensure the compliance of the product placed on the market with the technical documentation and with the basic requirements. It does not guarantee the validity of certificates when toning outside the manufacturer's premises.

Application procedure:

The substrate must be dry, free of dirt, loose layers of old coatings, and grease. New metal surfaces should be protected with 1-2 layers of anti-corrosive primer DENAS FOR METAL-PRIMER or DENAS FOR METALS 2IN1, then apply the top coat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 layers. For wooden substrates, first unify with DENAS FOR WOOD-PRIMER or diluted DENAS UNIVERSAL paint in a 1:1 ratio with water, applying 1-2 layers depending on the absorbency of the wood. Then perform the top coat with undiluted paint in 1-2 layers. Wood in exterior settings is recommended to be protected to a depth with a suitable impregnator with biocidal effects. For mineral substrates, apply a coat in 1-2 layers of a penetrating agent and subsequently the top coating paint DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 layers. The minimum temperature for application and drying of the coating is +10 °C and air humidity up to 70%.
