DENAS UNIVERSAL-GLOSS top coat for wood, metal and concrete, 0655 dark ochre, 700 g

DENAS UNIVERSAL is a top water-based paint for coatings of structural elements and constructions made of wood, metal, building materials, fresh galvanized sheet metal as well as galvanized roofing sheets, aluminum, certain types of plastics, laminate, ceramic tiles with silane addition, drywall. It meets the standard for surface treatments of products and toys for children from 0-3 years old (ČSN EN 71, part 3) and is suitable for contact with food. The coatings have excellent resistance, do not chalk, nor become brittle under UV radiation and weathering, and are resistant to household cleaning agents. The painted surfaces are extremely mechanically resistant and exhibit long durability in both indoor and outdoor environments.

The product is safe under the conditions of designated use and meets hygiene requirements for toys and products for children under 3 years old (according to EN 71, part 3), Government Regulation No. 86/2011 Coll., Appendix No. 2, III. Chemical substances, point 12, and also meets hygiene requirements for products intended for contact with food and drinking water, established by MZČR Decree No. 38/2001 Coll., in its valid version for the white base. DENAS COLOR a.s. has taken measures to ensure the conformity of the product placed on the market with the technical documentation and basic requirements. It does not guarantee the validity of certificates when tinted outside the manufacturer's premises.

Working procedure:

The substrate must be dry, free of dirt, non-adhering layers of older coatings, and grease. New metal surfaces should be protected with 1-2 layers of DENAS ANTI-CORROSION PRIMER or DENAS FOR METALS 2IN1, then apply the top coat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 layers. Wooden substrates should first be unified with DENAS FOR WOOD PRIMER or diluted paint DENAS UNIVERSAL in a 1:1 ratio with water, applying 1-2 layers considering the absorbency of the wood. Then perform the top coat with undiluted paint in 1-2 layers. It is recommended to protect wood in exterior to a depth with suitable impregnating agents with biocidal effects. For mineral substrates, perform a coat in 1-2 layers with a penetrating agent, followed by the top coat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 layers. The minimum temperature for application and drying of the coating is +10 °C and air humidity up to 70%.
