DENAS NA BETON top coat for concrete, 0905 gray anti-slip, 2.5 kg

DENAS NA BETON is a top coat water-dilutable paint intended for painting concrete and fiber-cement surfaces, plinths, fences, stairs, walls, and cement-bonded CETRIS and OSB boards. The coating excellently withstands weathering and UV radiation, has waterproofing properties, is color-fast, abrasion-resistant, vapor-permeable, and is easy to maintain. It exhibits high coverage, dries quickly, and has excellent application properties. It is not suitable for uncured concrete.

It meets the requirements of the standard ČSN EN ISO 1504-2: Product for surface protection - coatings. Declaration of properties No. 003.

Composition (general):

A mixture of acrylic dispersion, pigments, fillers, and special additives

Application procedure: 

The substrate must be dry, free of dirt and loose layers of the substrate and any old coatings, grease. Before painting with the color, the substrate is treated with the penetration agent DENAS DEEP PENETRATION. The paint is applied with a brush, roller, or spraying in the supplied consistency in 2–3 layers with a minimum interval of 4 hours between coats. The temperature during application and drying of the paint must not fall below +10 °C, and air humidity must be up to 70 %.

Coverage: 

5 - 8 m²/kg for one coat.

Plastic or metal containers weighing 0.7 kg, 2.5 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg, 20 kg.

Instructions for safe handling:

If medical assistance is needed, keep the product container or label at hand. Keep out of reach of children. Do not inhale aerosols. Use only outdoors or in well-ventilated areas. Prevent release into the environment. Use protective gloves/clothing/goggles. IN CASE OF SKIN CONTACT: Wash with plenty of water and soap. In case of skin irritation or rash: Seek medical advice/treatment. Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local regulations by handing it to a licensed waste disposal company or at a designated municipal location.

Safety and hygiene:

Follow personal hygiene principles. Ensure ventilation of the workplace. When spraying, use respiratory protection. If skin contact occurs, wash the affected area with water and soap. In case of eye contact, rinse with water. If ingested, rinse mouth with water, do not induce vomiting. Seek medical attention in case of health issues.

Waste disposal:

Dispose of leftover paint and contaminated containers as hazardous waste in accordance with applicable laws. The product retains its usability properties in the original unopened container at least until the date indicated on the cap/lid.

1.1–1.25 g/cm³; VOC: 0.05 kg/kg; TOC: 0.03 kg/kg; ONL: 30–40 % vol.; Category VŘNH: A/i – single-component coatings with special function.; Maximum allowable VOC content (g/l): 140; Max. VOC content in the product in ready-to-use condition (g/l): 61.
