DENAS UNIVERSAL-GLOSS topcoat for wood, metal, and concrete, 0120 roof anthracite, 700 g

DENAS UNIVERSAL is a topcoat water-dilutable paint for coatings on construction elements and structures made of wood, metal, building materials, fresh galvanized sheet, as well as galvanized roofing tiles, aluminum, certain types of plastics, chipboard, ceramic tiles with silane additives, plasterboard. It meets the standard for surface coatings of products and toys for children aged 0-3 years (ČSN EN 71, part 3) and is suitable for contact with food. The coatings have excellent durability, do not chalk, nor become brittle due to the effects of UV radiation and weather, and are resistant to cleaning agents used in households. Coated surfaces are extremely mechanically durable and exhibit long-lasting performance both indoors and outdoors.

The product is safe under specified conditions of use and meets the hygiene requirements for toys and products for children aged up to 3 years (according to EN 71, part 3), Government Regulation No. 86/2011 Coll., Appendix No. 2, III. Chemical substances, point 12, and also meets the hygiene requirements for products intended for contact with food and drinking water, established by Regulation of the MZČR No. 38/2001 Coll., as amended for the white base. DENAS COLOR a.s. has implemented measures ensuring that the product placed on the market complies with the technical documentation and basic requirements. It does not guarantee the validity of the approvals when tinting outside the manufacturer's premises.

Application procedure:

The substrate must be dry, free of dirt, non-adhering layers of old coatings, and grease. New metal surfaces should be protected with 1-2 coats of the anti-corrosive primer DENAS FOR METAL-PRIMER or DENAS FOR METALS 2IN1, then apply the topcoat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 coats. Wood substrates should first be unified with DENAS FOR WOOD-PRIMER or diluted paint DENAS UNIVERSAL in a ratio of 1:1 with water, applied in 1-2 coats depending on the absorbency of the wood. Then proceed with the top coat of undiluted paint in 1-2 coats. For exterior wood, we recommend protection to a depth with a suitable impregnator with biocidal effects. For mineral substrates, provide protection with 1-2 coats of a penetrating agent and subsequently with the topcoat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 coats. The minimum temperature for application and drying of the coating is +10 °C and air humidity up to 70%.

Safety and hygiene of paint for wood and metal:

Under normal use, situations requiring immediate medical attention do not occur. Recommendation: When working, follow personal hygiene principles. Ensure ventilation of the workplace. When spraying, use respiratory protection. In case of eye contact, rinse with water.

Waste disposal:

Dispose of paint residues and contaminated containers as hazardous waste in accordance with applicable regulations. The product retains its useful properties in its original unopened container for a minimum of the date stated on the lid/cap.
