DENAS UNIVERSAL-GLOSS top coat for wood, metal and concrete, 0120 roof anthracite, 700 g

DENAS UNIVERSAL is a water-based top coat for the finishing of construction elements and structures made of wood, metal, building materials, fresh galvanized sheet metal, galvanized roofing sheets, aluminum, some types of plastics, laminate, ceramic tiles with the addition of silane, drywall. It complies with the standard for the surface treatment of products and toys for children aged 0-3 years (ČSN EN 71, Part 3) and is suitable for contact with food. The coatings have excellent resistance, do not chalk or become brittle due to UV radiation and weathering, and are resistant to household cleaning agents. Painted surfaces are extremely mechanically resistant and exhibit long durability in both interior and exterior applications.

The product is safe under specified conditions of use and meets the hygiene requirements for toys and products for children up to the age of 3 years (according to EN 71, Part 3), Government Regulation No. 86/2011 Coll., Annex No. 2, III. Chemical substances, point 12, and also meets the hygiene requirements for products intended for contact with food and drinking water, established by the Decree of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic No. 38/2001 Coll., as amended for the white base. DENAS COLOR a.s. has implemented measures to ensure that the product placed on the market complies with the technical documentation and the fundamental requirements. It does not guarantee the validity of certificates when tinting outside the manufacturer's site.

Procedure:

The substrate must be dry, free of dirt, non-adhering layers of old coatings, and grease. New metal surfaces should be protected with 1–2 coats of DENAS ANTI-CORROSION PRIMER or DENAS 2IN1 PRIMER, then apply the DENAS UNIVERSAL top coat in 1–2 layers. For wooden substrates, first uniformize with DENAS WOOD PRIMER or diluted DENAS UNIVERSAL paint in a ratio of 1:1 with water, in 1–2 layers depending on the wood's absorbency. Then apply the top coat with the undiluted paint in 1–2 layers. For exterior wood, we recommend protecting to a depth with a suitable impregnation agent with biocidal effects. For mineral substrates, apply a primer in 1–2 layers and then the DENAS UNIVERSAL top coating in 1–2 layers. The minimum temperature for application and drying of the coating is +10 °C and air humidity up to 70%.
