DENAS UNIVERZÁL-MAT top coat for wood, metal, and concrete, 0655 dark ochre, 700 g

DENAS UNIVERZÁL MAT is a water-based top coat for painting building elements and constructions made of wood, metal, fresh galvanized sheet metal, galvanized roofing tiles, aluminum, some types of plastics, fiberboard, ceramic tiles with silane additive, drywall. It meets the standard for surface treatments of products and toys for children from 0-3 years (ČSN EN 71, part 3) and is suitable for contact with food. The coatings have excellent durability, do not chalk or become brittle due to UV radiation and weather conditions, and are resistant to household cleaning agents. Painted surfaces are extremely mechanically resistant and exhibit a long lifespan indoors and outdoors.

The product is safe under specified conditions of use and meets hygiene requirements for toys and products for children aged up to 3 years (according to EN 71, part 3), Government Regulation No. 86/2011 Coll., Appendix No. 2, III. Chemical substances, point 12, and also meets hygiene requirements for products intended for contact with food and drinking water, as stipulated by MZČR Regulation No. 38/2001 Coll., as amended for the white base. DENAS COLOR a.s. has implemented measures to ensure the compliance of the marketed product with the technical documentation and the basic requirements. The validity of certificates is not guaranteed when tinting outside the manufacturer's premises.

Application procedure:

The substrate must be dry, free from dirt, non-adhering layers of old coatings, and grease. Protect new metal surfaces with 1-2 layers of the anti-corrosive primer DENAS NA KOV-ZÁKLAD or DENAS NA KOVY 2V1, then apply the top coat DENAS UNIVERZÁL in 1-2 layers. For wooden substrates, first, unify with DENAS NA DŘEVO-ZÁKLAD or diluted paint DENAS UNIVERZÁL in a ratio of 1:1 with water, in 1-2 layers depending on the absorbency of the wood. Then perform the top coat with undiluted paint in 1-2 layers. For exterior wood, it is recommended to protect it in depth with suitable impregnators with biocidal effects. Protect mineral substrates with a coat of penetrating agent in 1-2 layers and subsequently with the top coat DENAS UNIVERZÁL in 1-2 layers. The minimum temperature during application and drying of the paint is +10 °C and air humidity up to 70%.

Safety and hygiene of paint for wood and metal:

Under normal use, there are no situations where immediate medical assistance would be necessary. Recommendation: Follow personal hygiene guidelines during work. Ensure ventilation of the workspace. When spraying, use respiratory protection. In case of eye contact, rinse with water.

Disposal of waste:

Dispose of leftover paint and contaminated containers as hazardous waste in accordance with applicable regulations. The product retains its useful properties in the original unopened container at least until the date indicated on the lid.
