DENAS UNIVERSAL-MAT top coat for wood, metal and concrete, 0655 dark ochre, 700 g

DENAS UNIVERSAL MAT is a top water-soluble paint for coatings of construction elements and structures made of wood, metal, building materials, fresh galvanized sheet metal and galvanized roofing sheets, aluminum, some types of plastics, formica, ceramic tiles with the addition of silane, drywall. It meets the standard for surface finishes of products and toys for children aged 0-3 years (ČSN EN 71, Part 3) and is suitable for contact with food. The coatings have excellent resistance, do not chalk, nor become brittle due to the effects of UV radiation and weathering, are resistant to cleaning agents used in households. Coated surfaces are extremely mechanically resistant and exhibit a long lifespan in both interior and exterior.

The product is safe under the conditions of intended use and meets hygiene requirements for toys and products for children aged up to 3 years (according to EN 71, Part 3), Government Regulation No. 86/2011 Coll., Appendix No. 2, III. Chemical substances, point 12 and also meets hygiene requirements for products intended for contact with food and drinking water, established by MZČR Regulation No. 38/2001 Coll., as amended for the white base. DENAS COLOR a.s. has taken measures to ensure the compliance of the product placed on the market with the technical documentation and with the basic requirements. It does not guarantee the validity of certifications when tinting outside the manufacturer's premises.

Application procedure:

The substrate must be dry, free of dirt, non-adhering layers of older coatings, and grease. Protect new metal surfaces with 1–2 layers of anti-corrosive primer DENAS NA KOV-ZÁKLAD or DENAS NA KOVY 2V1, then apply the top coat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1–2 layers. For wooden substrates, first unify with DENAS NA DŘEVO-ZÁKLAD or diluted paint DENAS UNIVERSAL in a ratio of 1:1 with water, in 1–2 layers depending on the absorbency of the wood. Then perform the top coat with undiluted paint in 1–2 layers. We recommend protecting outdoor wood to a depth with a suitable impregnation with biocidal effects. Protect mineral substrates by applying a coat in 1–2 layers with a primer and subsequently applying the top coat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1–2 layers. The minimum temperature during application and drying of the coating is +10 °C and air humidity up to 70%.
