DENAS UNIVERSAL-MAT top coat for wood, metal, and concrete, 0510 light green, 700 g

DENAS UNIVERSAL MAT is a top water-based paint for coatings of building elements and constructions made of wood, metal, building materials, fresh galvanized steel and galvanized roofing sheets, aluminum, some types of plastics, laminate, ceramic tiles with the addition of silane, gypsum board. It meets the surface treatment standard for products and toys for children aged 0-3 years (ČSN EN 71, part 3) and is suitable for contact with food. The coatings have excellent durability, do not chalk, nor become brittle due to UV radiation and weather influences, are resistant to cleaning agents used in households. The painted surfaces are extremely mechanically resistant and exhibit long lifespan in interiors and exteriors.

The product is safe under the specified conditions of use and meets hygiene requirements for toys and products for children up to 3 years old (according to EN 71, part 3), Government Regulation No. 86/2011 Coll., Annex No. 2, III. Chemical substances, point 12 and also meets hygiene requirements for products intended for contact with food and drinking water, established by the MZČR Regulation No. 38/2001 Coll., as amended for the white base. DENAS COLOR a.s. has taken measures to ensure the conformity of the product marketed with the technical documentation and basic requirements. It does not guarantee the validity of certifications when shading outside the manufacturer's premises.

Application Procedure:

The substrate must be dry, free of dirt, non-adherent layers of old coatings, and grease. New metal surfaces should be protected with 1–2 layers of anti-corrosive primer DENAS FOR METAL-PRIMER or DENAS FOR METALS 2IN1, then apply the top coat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1–2 layers. Wooden substrates should first be unified with DENAS FOR WOOD-PRIMER or diluted DENAS UNIVERSAL paint in a 1:1 ratio with water, applying 1–2 layers depending on the absorbency of the wood. Then perform the top coat with undiluted paint in 1–2 layers. We recommend protecting wood in exteriors to a depth with a suitable impregnator with biocidal effects. Protect mineral substrates with a coat of 1–2 layers of primer and subsequently apply the top coating paint DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1–2 layers. The minimum temperature for application and drying of the coat is +10 °C and air humidity up to 70%.
