DENAS UNIVERSAL-MAT topcoat for wood, metal and concrete, 0100 white, 0.3 kg

DENAS UNIVERSAL MAT is a water-dilutable topcoat for coatings of construction elements and structures made of wood, metal, building materials, fresh galvanized sheet metal, galvanized roofing sheets, aluminum, certain types of plastics, fiberboard, ceramic tiles with silane additives, drywall. It meets the standard for surface treatments of products and toys for children aged 0-3 years (ČSN EN 71, Part 3) and is suitable for contact with food. The coatings exhibit excellent resistance, do not chalk, nor become brittle due to UV radiation and weather effects, and are resistant to household cleaning agents. Coated surfaces are extremely mechanically resistant and have a long lifespan in both interior and exterior applications.

The product is safe under the conditions of designated use and meets the hygiene requirements for toys and products for children under 3 years of age (according to EN 71, Part 3), Government Regulation No. 86/2011 Coll., Annex No. 2, III. Chemical substances, paragraph 12, and also meets hygiene requirements for products intended for contact with food and drinking water established by Ministerial Regulation of the Czech Republic No. 38/2001 Coll., in its valid version for the white base. DENAS COLOR a.s. has adopted measures to ensure that the product marketed is in accordance with the technical documentation and with the basic requirements. It does not guarantee the validity of certificates when tinting outside the manufacturer's premises.

Application procedure:

The substrate must be dry, free from dirt, non-adhering layers of old coatings, and grease. New metal surfaces should be protected with 1-2 layers of the anti-corrosive primer DENAS NA KOV-ZÁKLAD or DENAS NA KOVY 2V1, then apply the topcoat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 layers. Wooden substrates should first be unified with DENAS NA DŘEVO-ZÁKLAD or diluted DENAS UNIVERSAL paint in a 1:1 ratio with water, in 1-2 layers depending on the wood's absorbency. Then, apply the topcoat with undiluted paint in 1-2 layers. Wood exterior applications should be protected with a suitable impregnant with biocidal effects. Protect mineral substrates with 1-2 layers of a penetrant and subsequently with the topcoat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 layers. The minimum temperature for application and drying of the coating is +10 °C and air humidity up to 70%.

Safety and hygiene of the paint for wood and metal:

Under normal use, situations requiring immediate medical assistance do not occur. Recommendation: Follow personal hygiene principles while working. Ensure ventilation of the workplace. Use respiratory protection when spraying. In case of eye contact, rinse with water.

Waste disposal:

Dispose of paint residues and contaminated containers as hazardous waste in accordance with applicable regulations. The product retains useful properties in its original unopened container until the date indicated on the lid.
