DENAS NA BETON top coat for concrete, 0110 gray, 5 kg

DENAS NA BETON is a top coat water-dilutable paint intended for painting concrete and fiber-cement surfaces, bases, fences, stairs, walls, and cement particle CETRIS and OSB boards. The coating excellently withstands weather influences and UV radiation, has waterproof properties, is color-stable, abrasion-resistant, vapor-permeable, and well-maintained. It exhibits high coverage, dries quickly, and has excellent application properties. It is not suitable for uncured concrete.

Meets the requirements of the standard ČSN EN ISO 1504-2: Product for surface protection - coatings. Declaration of properties no. 003.

Composition (general):

Mix of acrylic dispersion, pigments, fillers, and special additives

Working procedure: 

The substrate must be dry, free of dirt and loose layers of the substrate as well as any older coatings, grease. Before painting with the paint, the substrate is primed with the penetration agent DENAS DEEP PENETRATION. The paint is applied with a brush, roller, or spraying in the supplied consistency in 2-3 layers with a minimum of 4 hours between each coat. The temperature during application and drying of the paint must not drop below +10 °C, and air humidity should be up to 70%.

Coverage: 

5 - 8 m²/kg for one coat.

Plastic or metal containers weighing 0.7 kg, 2.5 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg, 20 kg.

Instructions for safe handling:

If medical attention is needed, keep the product container or label at hand. Keep out of reach of children. Do not inhale aerosols. Use only outdoors or in well-ventilated areas. Prevent release into the environment. Use protective gloves/protective clothing/protective eyewear. IN CASE OF CONTACT WITH SKIN: Wash with plenty of water and soap. In case of skin irritation or rash: Seek medical advice/treatment. Dispose of the contents/container according to local regulations by handing it over to an authorized waste disposal person or at a location designated by the municipality.

Safety and hygiene:

Follow personal hygiene principles. Ensure ventilation in the workplace. When spraying, use respiratory protection. In case of skin contact, wash the affected area with water and soap. In case of eye contact, rinse with plenty of water. If ingested, rinse mouth with water, do not induce vomiting. In case of health issues, seek medical treatment.

Waste disposal:

Dispose of leftover paint and contaminated packaging as hazardous waste according to applicable regulations. The product retains its utility properties in the original unopened container until at least the date indicated on the lid.
