DENAS UNIVERSAL-MAT top coat for wood, metal and concrete, 0660 ochre, 700 g

DENAS UNIVERSAL MAT is a top water-based paint for coatings of building elements and structures made of wood, metal, construction materials, fresh galvanized sheet metal and galvanized roofing tiles, aluminum, some types of plastics, laminate, ceramic tiles with the addition of silane, drywall. It meets the standard for surface treatments of products and toys for children aged 0-3 years (ČSN EN 71, part 3) and is suitable for contact with food. Coatings have excellent resistance, do not chalk, and do not become brittle due to the effects of UV radiation and weathering; they are resistant to cleaning agents used in households. Painted surfaces are extremely mechanically durable and exhibit long durability in both interior and exterior environments.

The product is safe under specified conditions of use and meets hygiene requirements for toys and products for children under 3 years of age (according to EN 71, part 3), Government Regulation No. 86/2011 Coll., Appendix No. 2, III. Chemical substances, point 12 and also meets the hygiene requirements for products intended for contact with food and drinking water, stipulated by Regulation of the Ministry of Health No. 38/2001 Coll., as amended for the white base. DENAS COLOR a.s. has taken measures to ensure the product's compliance with the technical documentation and the fundamental requirements. It does not guarantee the validity of certificates when tinting outside the manufacturer's premises.

Application procedure:

The substrate must be dry, free from dirt, non-adhering layers of older coatings, and grease. Protect new metal surfaces with 1-2 layers of anti-corrosive primer DENAS FOR METAL-PRIMER or DENAS FOR METALS 2IN1, then apply the top coat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 layers. For wooden substrates, first unify with DENAS FOR WOOD-PRIMER or diluted DENAS UNIVERSAL paint in a 1:1 ratio with water, applying 1-2 layers depending on the absorbency of the wood. Then perform the final coat with undiluted paint in 1-2 layers. For outdoor wood, we recommend protecting it to a suitable depth with a wood preservative with biocidal properties. Protect mineral substrates by applying 1-2 layers of a penetrating agent followed by a top cover coat of DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 layers. The minimum temperature for application and drying of the coating is +10 °C and the air humidity must be up to 70%.
