DENAS UNIVERSAL-GLOSS top coat for wood, metal, and concrete, 0100 white, 700 g

DENAS UNIVERSAL is a top water-based paint for coatings of construction elements and structures made of wood, metal, building materials, fresh galvanized sheet metal, as well as galvanized roofing tiles, aluminum, some types of plastics, laminated particleboard, ceramic tiles with silane additives, gypsum board. It meets the standard for product surface finishes and toys for children aged 0-3 years (ČSN EN 71, part 3) and is suitable for contact with food. The coatings have excellent durability, do not chalk, or become brittle due to exposure to UV radiation and weather conditions, and are resistant to cleaning agents used in households. Coated surfaces are extremely mechanically durable and exhibit a long lifespan both indoors and outdoors.

The product is safe under the specified conditions of use and meets hygiene requirements for toys and products for children up to 3 years of age (according to EN 71, part 3), Government Regulation No. 86/2011 Coll., Annex No. 2, III. Chemical substances, point 12, and also meets hygiene requirements for products intended for contact with food and drinking water, stipulated by the Ministry of Health Regulation No. 38/2001 Coll. in the wording valid for white base. DENAS COLOR a.s. has implemented measures to ensure the compliance of the product placed on the market with the technical documentation and basic requirements. It does not guarantee the validity of certificates while tinting outside the manufacturer's premises.

Application Procedure:

The substrate must be dry, free of dirt, non-adhering layers of older coatings, and grease. New metal surfaces should be protected with 1–2 coats of DENAS ANTI-CORROSION BASE or DENAS 2IN1 FOR METALS, then apply the top coat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1–2 layers. For wooden substrates, first unify with DENAS WOOD BASE or the diluted DENAS UNIVERSAL paint in a ratio of 1:1 with water, in 1–2 coats depending on the wood absorbency. Then perform the top coating with undiluted paint in 1–2 layers. Wood in the exterior is recommended to be protected to a depth with a suitable impregnator with biocidal effects. Protect mineral substrates with a coat of penetrating agent in 1–2 layers and subsequently with the top coat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1–2 layers. The minimum temperature for application and drying of the coating is +10 °C and ambient humidity up to 70%.
