DENAS UNIVERSAL-MAT topcoat for wood, metal, and concrete, 0566 green fence, 700 g

DENAS UNIVERSAL MAT is a top water-based paint for coatings on construction elements and structures made of wood, metal, building materials, fresh galvanized sheet metal and galvanized roofing templates, aluminum, certain types of plastics, formica, ceramic tiles with added silane, drywall. It meets the surface finish standards for products and toys for children aged 0-3 years (ČSN EN 71, part 3) and is suitable for food contact. The coatings have excellent resistance, do not chalk, nor become brittle under the influence of UV radiation and weather, and are resistant to household cleaning products. Coated surfaces are extremely mechanically resistant and show a long lifespan in both interior and exterior.

The product is safe under specified conditions of use and meets hygiene requirements for toys and products for children aged up to 3 years (according to EN 71, part 3), Government Regulation No. 86/2011 Coll., annex No. 2, III. Chemical substances, item 12 and also meets hygiene requirements for products intended for contact with food and drinking water, established by MZČR Regulation No. 38/2001 Coll., in its valid version for white base. DENAS COLOR a.s. has taken measures to ensure that the product released on the market complies with the technical documentation and with the basic requirements. It does not guarantee the validity of certifications when tinting outside the manufacturer's premises.

Working procedure:

The substrate must be dry, free of dirt, non-adhering layers of older coatings, and grease. New metal surfaces should be protected with 1-2 layers of DENAS NA KOV-ZÁKLAD anti-corrosion primer or DENAS NA KOVY 2V1, then apply the topcoat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 layers. For wooden substrates, first unify with DENAS NA DŘEVO-ZÁKLAD or diluted DENAS UNIVERSAL paint in a ratio of 1:1 with water, applying in 1-2 layers depending on the absorbency of the wood. Then apply the top coat with undiluted paint in 1-2 layers. Wood in exterior should be protected to a depth with a suitable impregnating agent with biocidal effects. Protect mineral substrates with 1-2 layers of penetrating agent, followed by the topcoat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 layers. The minimum temperature for application and drying of the coating is +10 °C and air humidity up to 70%.

Safety and hygiene of the paint for wood and metal:

Under normal use, situations requiring immediate medical assistance do not occur. Recommendation: Follow personal hygiene rules while working. Ensure ventilation in the workspace. When applying by spraying, use respiratory protection. In case of eye contact, rinse with water.

Waste disposal:

Dispose of paint residues and contaminated packaging as hazardous waste in accordance with applicable regulations. The product retains its useful properties in the original unopened packaging for a minimum of the date indicated on the lid/
cap.
