DENAS NA BETON top coat for concrete, 0905 gray anti-slip, 5 kg

DENAS NA BETON is a top coat water-dilutable paint designed for painting concrete and fiber-cement surfaces, plinths, fences, stairs, walls, and cement-bonded CETRIS and OSB boards. The coating excellently withstands weathering and UV radiation, has waterproof properties, is colorfast, abrasion-resistant, vapor-permeable, and is easy to maintain. It exhibits high coverage, dries quickly, and has excellent application properties. It is not suitable for uncured concrete.

Meets the requirements of the standard ČSN EN ISO 1504-2: Product for surface protection - coatings. Declaration of properties No. 003.

Composition (general):

Mixture of acrylic dispersion, pigments, fillers, and special additives

Working procedure:

The substrate must be dry, free from dirt, non-adhering layers of substrate, and any previous coatings or grease. Before painting with color, the substrate should be primed with DENAS DEEP PENETRATION PRIMER. The paint is applied with a brush, roller, or spraying in the supplied consistency in 2-3 layers with a minimum interval of 4 hours between coats. The temperature during application and drying must not drop below +10 °C, relative humidity up to 70%.

Coverage:

5 - 8 m²/kg for one coat.

Plastic or metal containers weighing 0.7 kg, 2.5 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg, 20 kg.

Instructions for safe handling:

If medical assistance is necessary, keep the product packaging or label handy. Keep out of reach of children. Do not inhale aerosols. Use only outdoors or in well-ventilated areas. Prevent release into the environment. Use protective gloves/clothing/goggles. IN CASE OF CONTACT WITH SKIN: Wash with plenty of water and soap. If skin irritation occurs or a rash appears: Seek medical attention/treatment. Dispose of contents/packaging in accordance with local regulations by handing it to a licensed waste disposal entity or at a designated municipal location.

Safety and hygiene:

Follow personal hygiene rules. Ensure ventilation of the workplace. When spraying, use respiratory protection. If skin contact occurs, wash the affected area with water and soap. If in eyes, rinse with running water. If ingested, rinse mouth with water, do not induce vomiting. In case of health issues, seek medical treatment.

Waste disposal:

Dispose of paint residues and contaminated packaging as hazardous waste in accordance with applicable regulations. The product maintains its useful properties in the original unopened packaging at least until the date indicated on the lid/cap.

1.1–1.25 g/cm³; VOC: 0.05 kg/kg; TOC: 0.03 kg/kg; ONL: 30–40% vol.; Category VŘNH: A/i – single-component coatings with special function.; Highest permissible VOC content value (g/l): 140; Max. VOC content in the product in the ready-to-use state (g/l): 61.
