DENAS UNIVERSAL-GLOSS top coat for wood, metal and concrete, 0100 white, 5 kg

DENAS UNIVERSAL is a top water-soluble paint for coatings of structural elements and constructions made of wood, metal, building materials, newly galvanized sheet metal and galvanized roofing sheets, aluminum, certain types of plastics, laminate, ceramic tiles with the addition of silane, drywall. It meets the standard for surface treatments of products and toys for children from 0-3 years old (ČSN EN 71, part 3) and is suitable for contact with food. The coatings have excellent resistance, do not chalk, nor become brittle due to the effects of UV radiation and weathering, and are resistant to cleaning agents used in households. Painted surfaces are extremely mechanically resistant and exhibit long-lasting durability in both interior and exterior applications.

The product is safe under the specified conditions of use and meets hygienic requirements for toys and products intended for children aged up to 3 years (according to EN 71, part 3), Government Regulation No. 86/2011 Sb., Annex No. 2, III. Chemical substances, point 12 and it also meets hygienic requirements for products intended for contact with food and drinking water established by the MZČR Regulation No. 38/2001 Sb., in its valid version for the white base. DENAS COLOR a.s. has adopted measures to ensure that the product placed on the market complies with the technical documentation and basic requirements. Certification validity is not guaranteed when tinted outside the manufacturer's premises.

Application procedure:

The surface must be dry, clean, free from incompatible layers of old coatings and grease. Protect new metal surfaces with 1-2 coats of DENAS ANTI-CORROSION BASE or DENAS 2IN1 FOR METALS, then apply the top coat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 layers. For wooden surfaces, first level with DENAS WOOD BASE or diluted DENAS UNIVERSAL paint in a 1:1 ratio with water, applying 1-2 layers considering the absorbency of the wood. Then apply the top coat with undiluted paint in 1-2 layers. For exterior wood, it is recommended to protect to a depth with a suitable wood preservative with biocidal effects. Protect mineral substrates with a coat of penetrating agent in 1-2 layers and subsequently with the top coating DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 layers. The minimum temperature for application and drying of the coating is +10 °C and air humidity up to 70%.
