DENAS UNIVERSAL-GLOSS top coat for wood, metal and concrete, 0530 green, 700 g

DENAS UNIVERSAL is a top water-dilutable paint for coating construction elements and structures made of wood, metal, building materials, fresh galvanized sheet metal, and galvanized roofing tiles, aluminum, certain types of plastics, laminate, ceramic tiles with added silane, drywall. It meets the standard for surface treatments of products and toys for children aged 0-3 years (ČSN EN 71, part 3) and is suitable for contact with food. The coatings have excellent durability, do not chalk or become brittle due to UV radiation and weathering, and are resistant to household cleaning agents. Coated surfaces are extremely mechanically resistant and show a long lifespan in both interior and exterior.

The product is safe under the specified conditions of use and meets hygienic requirements for toys and products for children up to 3 years of age (according to EN 71, part 3), Government Regulation No. 86/2011 Coll., Appendix No. 2, III. Chemical substances, point 12, and also meets hygienic requirements for products intended for contact with food and drinking water, specified by the Decree of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic No. 38/2001 Coll., as amended for white bases. DENAS COLOR a.s. has adopted measures to ensure that the product marketed complies with the technical documentation and the basic requirements. It does not guarantee the validity of certificates when tinted outside the manufacturer's premises.

Application procedure:

The substrate must be dry, free from dirt, non-adhering layers of old coatings, and grease. Protect new metal surfaces with 1-2 layers of anti-corrosive primer DENAS FOR METAL-PRIMER or DENAS FOR METALS 2IN1, then apply the top paint DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 layers. For wooden substrates, first unify with DENAS FOR WOOD-PRIMER or diluted DENAS UNIVERSAL paint in a ratio of 1:1 with water, in 1-2 layers depending on the absorbency of the wood. Then perform the top coat with undiluted paint in 1-2 layers. For exterior wood, we recommend protecting it deeply with a suitable impregnator with biocidal effects. For mineral substrates, ensure protection by applying 1-2 layers of a penetrating agent followed by the top covering paint DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 layers. The minimum temperature for application and drying of the coating is +10 °C and air humidity up to 70%.

Safety and hygiene of paint for wood and metal:

Under normal use, there are no situations requiring immediate medical assistance. Recommendation: Follow personal hygiene principles while working. Ensure ventilation of the workplace. When spraying, use respiratory protection. In case of eye contact, rinse with water.

Disposal of waste:

Dispose of paint residues and contaminated packaging as hazardous waste in accordance with applicable regulations. The product retains its useful properties in the original unopened packaging at least until the date indicated on the lid/cap.
