DENAS UNIVERZÁL-GLOSS top coat for wood, metal, and concrete, 0530 green, 700 g

DENAS UNIVERZÁL is a top water-dilutable paint for coatings of construction elements and structures made of wood, metal, building materials, freshly galvanized sheet metal and galvanized roofing tiles, aluminum, certain types of plastics, melamine, ceramic tiles with the addition of silane, plasterboard. It meets the standard for surface finishes of products and toys for children aged 0-3 years (ČSN EN 71, part 3) and is suitable for contact with food. Coatings have excellent durability, do not chalk, or become brittle due to the effects of UV radiation and weathering, and are resistant to household cleaning agents. Finished surfaces are extremely mechanically resistant and exhibit a long lifespan both indoors and outdoors.

The product is safe under the specified conditions of use and meets hygiene requirements for toys and products for children aged up to 3 years (according to EN 71, part 3), Government Regulation No. 86/2011 Coll., Annex No. 2, III. Chemical substances, point 12 and also meets hygiene requirements for products intended for contact with food and drinking water, established by MZ ČR Regulation No. 38/2001 Coll., in the valid version for white base. DENAS COLOR a.s. has implemented measures to ensure that the product placed on the market complies with technical documentation and basic requirements. The validity of the certificates is not guaranteed when toning outside the manufacturer's premises.

Application procedure:

The substrate must be dry, free from dirt, non-adhering layers of old coatings, and grease. New metal surfaces should be protected with 1-2 layers of anti-corrosion primer DENAS METAL-PRIMER or DENAS METALS 2-in-1, then apply the topcoat DENAS UNIVERZÁL in 1-2 layers. Wooden substrates should first be unified with DENAS WOOD-PRIMER or diluted DENAS UNIVERZÁL paint in a 1:1 ratio with water, applied in 1-2 layers depending on the absorbency of the wood. Then perform the top coat with undiluted paint in 1-2 layers. For outdoor wood, we recommend protecting it to depth with an appropriate impregnating agent with biocidal effects. Protect mineral substrates with a coat of primer in 1-2 layers and subsequently apply the top covering paint DENAS UNIVERZÁL in 1-2 layers. The minimum temperature for application and drying is +10 °C and air humidity up to 70%.
