DENAS NA BETON top coat for concrete, 0620 yellow, 0.7 kg

DENAS NA BETON is a top coat water-dilutable paint designed for coating concrete and fiber cement surfaces, plinths, fences, stairs, walls, and cement particle CETRIS and OSB boards. The coating excellently withstands weathering and UV radiation, has waterproofing properties, is color-fast, abrasion-resistant, vapor-permeable, and is easy to maintain. It exhibits high opacity, dries quickly, and has excellent application properties. It is not suitable for uncured concrete.

It meets the requirements of the ČSN EN ISO 1504-2 standard: Surface protection product - coatings. Declaration of properties no. 003.

Composition (general):

Mixture of acrylic dispersion, pigments, fillers, and special additives

Working procedure: 

The substrate must be dry, free from dirt and non-adhering layers of the substrate as well as any older coatings, grease. Before painting with the color, the substrate is primed with the DENAS DEEP PRIMER. The paint is applied with a brush, roller, or spraying in the supplied consistency in 2–3 layers with a minimum gap of 4 hours between individual coats. The temperature during the application and drying of the paint must not drop below +10 °C, with air humidity up to 70 %.

Yield: 

5 - 8 m²/kg for a single coat.

Plastic or metal containers weighing 0.7 kg, 2.5 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg, 20 kg.

Safety handling instructions:

If medical assistance is required, have the product packaging or label on hand. Keep out of reach of children. Do not inhale aerosols. Use only outdoors or in well-ventilated areas. Avoid release into the environment. Use protective gloves/protective clothing/protective goggles. IN CASE OF SKIN CONTACT: Wash with plenty of water and soap. If skin irritation or rash occurs: Seek medical advice/treatment. Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local regulations by handing it to an authorized waste disposal company or to a location designated by the municipality.

Safety and hygiene:

Follow personal hygiene principles. Ensure workplace ventilation. When applying by spray, use respiratory protection. If skin is contaminated, wash the affected area with water and soap. If the eyes are affected, rinse with water. If ingested, rinse the mouth with water, do not induce vomiting. Seek medical attention if unwell.

Waste disposal:

Dispose of paint residues and contaminated containers as hazardous waste in accordance with applicable regulations. The product retains its useful properties in the original unopened packaging for a minimum until the date indicated on the lid.

1.1–1.25 g/cm³; VOC: 0.05 kg/kg; TOC: 0.03 kg/kg; ONL: 30–40 % vol.; Category VŘNH: A/i – one-component coatings with special function.; Maximum acceptable VOC content (g/l): 140; Max. VOC content in the product in ready-to-use state (g/l): 61.
