DENAS UNIVERSAL-MAT top coat for wood, metal and concrete, 0240 dark brown, 0.3 kg

DENAS UNIVERSAL MAT is a water-dilutable top coat for the coatings of building elements and structures made of wood, metal, fresh galvanized sheet metal and galvanized roofing shingles, aluminum, some types of plastics, laminate, ceramic tiles with the addition of silane, drywall. It meets the standard for surface treatment of products and toys for children aged 0-3 years (ČSN EN 71, part 3) and is suitable for contact with food. The coatings have excellent resistance, do not chalk or become brittle under the influence of UV radiation and weather, and are resistant to cleaning products used in households. The coated surfaces are extremely mechanically resistant and exhibit long durability in both interior and exterior applications.

The product is safe under the intended use conditions and meets hygiene requirements for toys and products for children under 3 years of age (according to EN 71, part 3), Government Regulation No. 86/2011 Coll., Annex No. 2, III. Chemical substances, point 12 and also meets hygiene requirements for products intended for contact with food and drinking water, as specified by Regulation of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic No. 38/2001 Coll., as amended for the white base. DENAS COLOR a.s. has taken measures to ensure the conformity of the product placed on the market with the technical documentation and with the basic requirements. It does not guarantee the validity of certificates when tinting outside the production site.

Application procedure:

The substrate must be dry, free from dirt, non-adhering layers of old coatings, and grease. For new metal surfaces, protect with 1-2 layers of the anti-corrosion primer DENAS FOR METAL-PRIMER or DENAS FOR METALS 2IN1, then apply the top coat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 layers. For wooden substrates, first unify with DENAS FOR WOOD-PRIMER or diluted DENAS UNIVERSAL paint in a 1:1 ratio with water, applying 1-2 layers depending on the absorbency of the wood. Then apply the top coat with undiluted paint in 1-2 layers. We recommend protecting exterior wood to depth with a suitable impregnating agent with biocidal effects. For mineral substrates, apply a primer in 1-2 layers and then the top coating paint DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 layers. The minimum temperature for application and drying of the coating is +10 °C and relative humidity up to 70%.
