DENAS NA KOV-ZÁKLAD basic anticorrosive protection for iron, aluminum, copper, and galvanized steel. DENAS basic anticorrosive paint for metal (formerly DENAS ANTIKOR) is a water-dilutable paint for new and renovation coatings with enhanced corrosion protection. The paint is suitable for coatings of steel, iron, aluminum, and freshly galvanized structures and sheets, sheet metal roofs, their plumbing elements, railings, fences, posts, and other metal products placed in both exterior and interior. It is also suitable for fresh copper. It exhibits very fast drying, excellent adhesion to metal substrates, coverage, and workability.

The paint has excellent anticorrosive properties, adhesion to metal substrates, chemical resistance, and long durability. The paint can also be applied to partially corroded surfaces. As a top coat, we recommend using DENAS UNIVERZÁL.
The general composition is a mixture of acrylic dispersion, pigments, fillers, and special additives.
Application procedure for DENAS KOV-ZÁKLAD:
The substrate must be dry and free of all mechanical impurities and grease, remnants of non-cohesive and old coatings. The paint is applied with a brush, roller, or spray in 1-2 coats with a minimum interval of 4 hours between coats. For top coatings, we recommend using the water-dilutable paint DENAS UNIVERZÁL available in matte and glossy finishes across a wide range of colors. The minimum temperature for application and drying of the coating is +10 °C with air humidity up to 70 %.

Safety handling instructions:
Prevent release into the environment. Do not inhale aerosols. Use only outdoors or in well-ventilated areas. Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local regulations by handing it over to an authorized waste disposal person or to a designated municipal location.

Safety and hygiene:
Follow personal hygiene principles. In case of skin contact, wash the affected area with water and soap. In case of eye contact, rinse with water. If swallowed, rinse mouth with water, do not induce vomiting. In case of health issues, seek medical attention.
Waste disposal:
Dispose of leftover paint and contaminated containers as hazardous waste in accordance with applicable regulations. The product retains its useful properties in the original unopened container for at least until the date indicated on the lid.

1.1–1.3 g/cm3 VOC: 0.03 kg/kg; TOC: 0.02 kg/kg ONL: 35–45 % vol. Category VŘNH: A/i – single-component paint with special function. The highest allowable VOC content: 140 g/l. Max. VOC content in the product ready for use: 39 g/l.
