DENAS NA KOV-ZÁKLAD represents a basic anti-corrosive coating for iron, aluminum, copper, and galvanized surfaces. DENAS basic anti-corrosive paint for metal (formerly DENAS ANTIKOR) is a water-dilutable coating material suitable for both new and maintenance coatings with enhanced corrosion protection. The paint is used for coatings of steel, iron, aluminum, and freshly galvanized structures and sheets, metal roofs, and roofing elements, railings, fences, posts, and other metal objects both in exterior and interior. It can also be applied on fresh copper. It features very quick drying, excellent adhesion to metal substrates, high opacity, and easy workability.

This paint offers excellent protection against corrosion, remarkable adhesion to metals, resistance to chemical influences, and long durability. The coating can also be applied to slightly corroded substrates. As a top coat, we recommend using DENAS UNIVERZÁL.

Basic composition: mixture of acrylic dispersion, pigments, fillers, and special additives.

Safety Instructions:

Prevent release into the environment. Do not inhale aerosols. Use only outdoors or in well-ventilated areas. Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local regulations by handing over to an authorized person for waste disposal, or to a location designated by the municipality.

Safety and hygiene:

Observe personal hygiene principles. In case of skin contact, wash the affected area with water and soap. In case of eye contact, rinse with plenty of water. If ingested, rinse mouth with water, do not induce vomiting. In case of health issues, seek medical attention.

Waste disposal:

Dispose of paint residues and contaminated packaging as hazardous waste in accordance with applicable regulations. The product retains its useful properties in the original unopened container at least until the date specified on the lid.

Density:

1.1–1.3 g/cm³ VOC: 0.03 kg/kg; TOC: 0.02 kg/kg ONL: 35–45 % vol. Category VŘNH: A/i – one-component coatings with a special function. The highest allowable VOC content: 140 g/l. Maximum VOC content in the product in a ready-to-use state: 39 g/l.
