DENAS UNIVERSAL-MAT top coat for wood, metal and concrete, 0530 green, 700 g

DENAS UNIVERSAL MAT is a top water-based paint for coatings of construction elements and structures made of wood, metal, building materials, freshly galvanized sheet metal and galvanized roofing sheets, aluminum, certain types of plastics, laminate, ceramic tiles with the addition of silane, drywall. It complies with the standard for surface treatments of products and toys for children aged 0-3 years (ČSN EN 71, part 3) and is suitable for contact with food. The coatings have excellent resistance, do not chalk, nor become brittle due to the effects of UV radiation and weathering, and are resistant to household cleaning agents. The painted surfaces are extremely mechanically resistant and exhibit long durability in both interior and exterior.

The product is safe under the specified conditions of use and meets the hygiene requirements for toys and products for children up to 3 years old (according to EN 71, part 3), Government Regulation No. 86/2011 Coll., Annex No. 2, III. Chemical substances, point 12 and also meets the hygiene requirements for products intended for food contact and drinking water, established by MZČR Regulation No. 38/2001 Coll., as amended for white base. DENAS COLOR a.s. has taken measures to ensure the conformity of the product placed on the market with the technical documentation and the basic requirements. It does not guarantee the validity of certificates when tinting outside the manufacturer's premises.

Application procedure:

The substrate must be dry, free from dirt, non-adherent layers of older coatings, and grease. New metal surfaces should be protected with 1-2 coats of anticorrosive primer DENAS ON METAL-PRIMER or DENAS ON METALS 2IN1, then apply the top coat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 coats. Wooden substrates should first be unified with DENAS ON WOOD-PRIMER or diluted paint DENAS UNIVERSAL in a 1:1 ratio with water, in 1-2 coats depending on the absorbency of the wood. Then apply the top coat with undiluted paint in 1-2 coats. Wood in outdoor use is recommended to be protected to a depth with a suitable impregnating agent with biocidal effects. Protect mineral substrates by applying a coat of penetrating agent in 1-2 layers and then the top coat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 layers. The minimum temperature for application and drying of the coating is +10 °C and air humidity up to 70 %.

Safety and hygiene of paint for wood and metal:

Under normal use, there are no situations that would require immediate medical assistance. Recommendations: Follow personal hygiene principles when working. Ensure ventilation of the workplace. When spraying, use respiratory protection. In case of eye contact, rinse with plenty of water.

Disposal of waste:

Dispose of paint residues and contaminated packaging as hazardous waste in accordance with applicable regulations. The product retains its useful properties in the original unopened packaging for at least the date indicated on the lid/cap.
