DENAS NA BETON top coat for concrete, 0110 gray, 2.5 kg

DENAS NA BETON is a top coat water-dilutable paint designed for painting concrete and fiber-cement surfaces, bases, fences, stairs, walls, and cement-bonded CETRIS and OSB boards. The coating excellently withstands weathering and UV radiation, has waterproofing properties, is colorfast, abrasion-resistant, vapor-permeable, and is easy to maintain. It exhibits high coverage, dries quickly, and has excellent application properties. It is not suitable for uncured concrete.

Meets the requirements of standard ČSN EN ISO 1504-2: Product for surface protection - coatings. Declaration of properties No. 003.

Composition (general):

Mix of acrylic dispersion, pigments, fillers, and special additives

Working procedure: 

The substrate must be dry, free of dirt, and loose layers of the substrate, as well as any older coatings and grease. Before painting with the product, the substrate is pre-treated with the penetrative agent DENAS DEEP PENETRATION. The paint is applied with a brush, roller, or spraying in the supplied consistency in 2–3 layers with a minimum of 4 hours between each layer. The temperature during application and drying must not fall below +10 °C, and relative humidity must be below 70 %.

Coverage: 

5 - 8 m²/kg for one coat.

Plastic or metal containers weighing 0.7 kg, 2.5 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg, 20 kg.

Instructions for safe handling:

If medical assistance is needed, have the container or label of the product at hand. Keep out of reach of children. Do not inhale aerosols. Use only outdoors or in well-ventilated areas. Prevent release into the environment. Use protective gloves/protective clothing/protective eyewear. IN CASE OF SKIN CONTACT: Wash with plenty of water and soap. In case of skin irritation or rash: Seek medical attention/treatment. Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local regulations by handing them over to a person authorized for waste disposal or at a location designated by the municipality.

Safety and hygiene:

Follow personal hygiene principles. Ensure workplace ventilation. When applying by spraying, use respiratory protection. In case of skin contamination, wash the affected area with water and soap. In case of eye contact, rinse with running water. If ingested, rinse mouth with water, do not induce vomiting. In case of health issues, seek medical treatment.

Waste disposal:

Dispose of leftover paints and contaminated containers as hazardous waste in accordance with applicable regulations. The product maintains its utility properties in the original unopened package at least until the date indicated on the lid.

1.1–1.25 g/cm³; VOC: 0.05 kg/kg; TOC: 0.03 kg/kg; ONL: 30–40 % vol.; Category VŘNH: A/i – single-component coatings with special function.; Maximum permissible VOC content (g/l): 140; Max. VOC content in the product in ready-to-use state (g/l): 61.
