DENAS UNIVERSAL-MAT top coat for wood, metal and concrete, 0220 light brown, 700 g

DENAS UNIVERSAL MAT is a top water-dilutable paint for coatings of construction elements and structures made of wood, metal, building materials, fresh galvanized sheet metal and galvanized roofing tiles, aluminum, certain types of plastics, umacart, ceramic tiles with the addition of silane, gypsum board. It meets the standard for surface coatings of products and toys for children from 0-3 years (ČSN EN 71, part 3) and is suitable for contact with food. The coatings have excellent durability, do not chalk, nor become brittle due to the effects of UV radiation and weathering, and are resistant to household cleaning agents. The painted surfaces are extremely mechanically resistant and show long durability in interiors and exteriors.

The product is safe under the specified use conditions and meets the hygiene requirements for toys and products for children up to 3 years of age (according to EN 71, part 3), Government Regulation No. 86/2011 Coll., Annex No. 2, III. Chemical substances, point 12 and also meets the hygiene requirements for products intended for contact with food and drinking water, established by Regulation MZČR No. 38/2001 Coll., in the valid version for the white base. DENAS COLOR a.s. has taken measures to ensure that the product placed on the market is in compliance with the technical documentation and the essential requirements. It does not guarantee the validity of the certificates when tinting outside the manufacturer's facility.

Procedure:

The substrate must be dry, free of dirt, non-cohesive layers of older coatings, and grease. New metal surfaces should be protected with 1-2 layers of the anticorrosive primer DENAS ON METAL-PRIMER or DENAS ON METALS 2IN1, then apply the top coat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 layers. Wooden substrates should first be evened with DENAS ON WOOD-PRIMER or diluted DENAS UNIVERSAL paint in a 1:1 ratio with water, in 1-2 layers considering the absorbency of the wood. After that, perform the top coat with undiluted paint in 1-2 layers. We recommend protecting wood in exteriors up to a depth with a suitable impregnating agent with biocidal effects. Protect mineral substrates with a primer in 1-2 layers and subsequently with the top coat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 layers. The minimum application and drying temperature of the paint is +10 °C and relative humidity up to 70%.
