DENAS UNIVERSAL-MAT topcoat for wood, metal, and concrete, 0240 dark brown, 5 kg

DENAS UNIVERSAL MAT is a topcoating, water-dilutable paint designed for coating construction elements and structures made of wood, metal, materials, fresh galvanized sheet metal, galvanized roofing templates, aluminum, selected types of plastics, laminate, ceramic tiles with the addition of silane and gypsum board. It complies with the standard for surface treatment of products and toys for children from 0-3 years (ČSN EN 71, part 3) and is suitable for contact with food. The film created is characterized by excellent resistance, does not chalk or become brittle due to UV radiation and weather conditions, and withstands the action of cleaning agents used in households. Treated surfaces achieve extraordinary mechanical resistance and long lifespan in both interiors and exteriors.

The product is safe under the conditions of intended use and meets hygiene requirements for toys and products for children aged up to 3 years (according to EN 71, part 3), Government Regulation No. 86/2011 Coll., Annex No. 2, III. Chemical substances, point 12, and also meets the hygiene requirements for products intended for contact with food and drinking water, as stipulated by the Ministry of Health Regulation No. 38/2001 Coll., in its valid wording for white base. DENAS COLOR a.s. has adopted measures to ensure the conformity of the marketed product with technical documentation and fundamental requirements. It does not guarantee the validity of attestations when tinting outside the manufacturer's facility.

Application procedure:

The substrate must be dry, free of dirt, non-adhering layers of older coatings, and grease. Protect new metal surfaces with 1-2 layers of anti-corrosive primer DENAS FOR METAL-PRIMER or DENAS FOR METALS 2IN1, then apply the topcoat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 layers. For wooden substrates, first, unify with DENAS FOR WOOD-PRIMER or diluted paint DENAS UNIVERSAL in a ratio of 1:1 with water, and this in 1-2 layers depending on the absorbency of the wood. Then perform the topcoat with undiluted paint in 1-2 layers. We recommend protecting exterior wood to depth with an appropriate impregnator with biocidal effects. Protect mineral substrates with a coat in 1-2 layers of a primer and subsequently the topcoat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 layers. The minimum temperature during application and drying of the coating is +10 °C and air humidity up to 70%.
