DENAS UNIVERSAL-GLOSS topcoat for wood, metal and concrete, 0510 light green, 700 g

DENAS UNIVERSAL is a water-dilutable topcoat for coatings of construction elements and structures made of wood, metal, building materials, fresh galvanized sheet metal and galvanized roofing sheets, aluminum, certain types of plastics, laminate, ceramic tiles with the addition of silane, drywall. It meets the surface treatment standards for products and toys for children aged 0-3 years (ČSN EN 71, part 3) and is suitable for contact with food. The coatings have excellent durability, do not chalk or become brittle due to the effects of UV radiation and weathering, and are resistant to the effects of cleaning agents used in households. Coated surfaces are extremely mechanically resistant and exhibit long-lasting durability in both indoor and outdoor environments.

The product is safe under the specified conditions of use and meets hygiene requirements for toys and products for children up to 3 years of age (according to EN 71, part 3), Government Regulation No. 86/2011 Coll., Annex No. 2, III. Chemical substances, point 12 and also meets hygiene requirements for products intended for contact with food and drinking water, as stipulated by MZ ČR Regulation No. 38/2001 Coll., as amended for the white base. DENAS COLOR a.s. has implemented measures to ensure that the product marketed complies with the technical documentation and the basic requirements. It does not guarantee the validity of certificates when tinted outside the manufacturer's site.

Application procedure:

The substrate must be dry, free of dirt, non-adhering layers of old coatings, and grease. Protect new metal surfaces with 1-2 layers of DENAS ANTI-CORROSION PRIMER or DENAS 2IN1 for METALS, then apply the topcoat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 layers. For wooden substrates, first unify with DENAS WOOD PRIMER or diluted DENAS UNIVERSAL paint in a ratio of 1:1 with water, in 1-2 layers depending on the absorbency of the wood. Then perform the top coat with undiluted paint in 1-2 layers. It is recommended to protect wood in outdoor environments using a suitable wood preservative with biocidal effects. For mineral substrates, carry out a treatment with 1-2 layers of penetrating agent and then the topcoat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 layers. The minimum temperature during application and drying of the coat is +10 °C and atmospheric humidity up to 70%.
