DENAS METAL 2in1 anti-corrosive quick-drying paint, 0100 white, 700 g

DENAS METAL 2in1 is a self-priming, satin, anti-corrosive, water-based paint designed for the protection of all metal substrates. The coatings provide anti-corrosive protection throughout the thickness of the paint film, high resistance to weathering, and UV stability. Metal paint DENAS 2in1 is ideal for surface treatments of roofs, metal structures, roofing elements, fences, gates, window sills, poles, railings, and cast iron products. It perfectly protects steel, iron, freshly galvanized, aluminum, and copper surfaces placed outdoors and indoors. The coatings dry very quickly, adhere excellently to metal substrates, provide high coverage, have a perfect flow, and are easy to apply.

Application procedure for DENAS metal paint:

The substrate must be dry and free of all dirt, grease, and residues of old, non-adhering coatings. The paint is supplied in a consistency for application by brush and roller. When spraying, it can be diluted with 5% water. The paint is applied in 2–3 layers with a minimum interval of 4 hours between individual coats. The minimum temperature for application and drying is +10 °C and air humidity up to 70%.

Coverage of metal paint:

Theoretical coverage is 6–8 m²/kg at an optimal thickness of 80 μm per layer.

A mixture of acrylic dispersions, pigments, fillers, and special additives.

Plastic or metal containers weighing 0.7 kg, 2.5 kg, 10 kg, 20 kg.

Safety and hygiene for DENAS metal paint:

Follow personal hygiene principles. Ensure ventilation in the workplace. When spraying, use respiratory protection. If skin contact occurs, wash the affected area with water and soap. In case of eye contact, rinse with water. If ingested, rinse mouth with water, do not induce vomiting. In case of health problems, seek medical attention.

Waste disposal:

Dispose of leftover paints and contaminated containers as hazardous waste in accordance with applicable regulations. The product retains its useful properties in the original unopened packaging for at least until the date indicated on the lid.
