Application procedure for DENAS metal paint:

The substrate must be dry, free from all dirt, grease, and remnants of old, non-adhering coatings. The paint is supplied in a consistency suitable for application with a brush and roller. When spraying, it may be diluted with up to 5% water. The paint is applied in 2–3 coats with a minimum interval of 4 hours between individual applications. The minimum temperature during application and drying of the coating is +10 °C and air humidity must be below 70%.

Metal paint coverage:

Theoretical coverage is 6–8 m²/kg at an optimal thickness of 80 μm per layer.

Metal paint composition:

A mixture of acrylic dispersion, pigments, fillers, and special additives.

Packaging of metal paint:

Plastic or metal containers weighing 0.7 kg, 2.5 kg, 10 kg, 20 kg.

Safety and hygiene for DENAS metal paint:

Follow the principles of personal hygiene. Ensure ventilation of the workplace. When applying by spraying, use respiratory protection. In case of skin contact, wash the affected area with water and soap. If in eyes, rinse with plenty of water. If ingested, rinse mouth with water, do not induce vomiting. In case of health issues, seek medical attention.

Waste disposal:

Dispose of leftover paint and contaminated containers as hazardous waste in accordance with applicable regulations. The product maintains its useful properties in the original unopened container for at least until the date indicated on the lid.
