Moonlight is a decorative interior topcoat, which changes under light into a thousand shiny particles in shades of gold (gold base) or silver (silver base). Thanks to special structural components, it also provides a three-dimensional effect and shading that evokes the view of the full moon. By choosing the right lighting, you can enhance the feeling of three-dimensionality, sparkling particles, and metallic glow.

Moonlight is semi-transparent and therefore can be applied as a top layer to a wall painted first with interior latex paint (e.g. Decobase) in any shade from the Primacol Decorative sample, refreshing and enhancing the interior of the house in a simple way.

Application method for Primacol decorative paint:

Perform painting work at ambient and substrate temperatures above 5 °C, avoiding direct sunlight on the painted surface.

Warning! The Moonlight effect is semi-transparent and can be applied to a wall painted with interior dispersion paint like Decobase or Lets Shine. Before application, familiarize yourself with the visual effect and application technique; it is essential to always conduct a test on a sample area prior to the actual painting. The manufacturer is not responsible for improper use of the product.

Thoroughly mix the paint before use. Apply a small amount of the product with a flat decorative brush using cross strokes on an area of about 0.5 m2. Then gently spread the balls in various directions while creating irregular clusters. Try to avoid leaving brush marks. After completing the pattern, repeat the work on other parts of the wall. Ensure that individual areas are connected in a “wet-on-wet” manner.

The final effect depends on the creator's imagination. You can paint vertically, horizontally, or even diagonally. The product can be tinted using colorants, e.g. Primacol decorative.

Surface preparation

The surface must be solid, dry, smooth, free of dust, adhesive residues, and paint. Fresh plasters can be painted after 3-4 weeks of drying. Repair and level any unevenness and cracks using filler.

Storage:

Store the product in a dry place, in a tightly sealed original container at a temperature of 5-25 °C. Protect from frost and direct sunlight.

Safety:

The product is non-flammable. It is not classified as hazardous. During and after painting work, ventilate the room until the smell dissipates. Keep the product in a place inaccessible to children. The product is treated with a biocide. Contains 1,2-benzisothiazol-3(2H)-one. May cause allergic reactions. Detailed information is contained in the product's safety data sheet.
