DENAS UNIVERZÁL-MAT top coat for wood, metal and concrete, 0110 light grey, 5 kg

DENAS UNIVERZÁL MAT is a top water-dilutable paint for coatings of construction elements and structures made of wood, metal, building materials, fresh galvanized sheet metal and galvanized roofing sheets, aluminum, certain types of plastics, laminate, ceramic tiles with the addition of silane, gypsum board. It meets the standard for surface finishes of products and toys for children aged 0-3 years (ČSN EN 71, part 3) and is suitable for contact with food. Coatings have excellent resistance, do not chalk or become brittle under the influence of UV radiation and weather conditions, and are resistant to household cleaning agents. Painted surfaces are extremely mechanically durable and show long-lasting durability both indoors and outdoors.

The product is safe under the conditions of intended use and meets hygiene requirements for toys and products for children up to 3 years old (according to EN 71, part 3), Government Regulation No. 86/2011 Coll., Annex No. 2, III. Chemical substances, item 12 and also meets hygiene requirements for products intended for contact with food and drinking water, as stipulated by Decree of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic No. 38/2001 Coll., in the valid version for white base. DENAS COLOR a.s. has adopted measures to ensure that the product placed on the market complies with the technical documentation and the basic requirements. It does not guarantee the validity of certificates when tinting outside the manufacturer's premises.

Application procedure:

The substrate must be dry, free of impurities, non-adherent layers of old coatings, and grease. New metal surfaces should be protected with 1–2 layers of the anti-corrosion base DENAS FOR METAL-BASE or DENAS FOR METALS 2IN1, then apply the top coat DENAS UNIVERZÁL in 1–2 layers. Wooden substrates should first be unified with DENAS FOR WOOD-BASE or diluted DENAS UNIVERZÁL paint in a ratio of 1:1 with water, and this in 1–2 layers depending on the absorbency of the wood. Then perform the top coat with undiluted paint in 1–2 layers. For exterior wood, we recommend protection to depth using an appropriate impregnator with biocidal effects. Protect mineral substrates with a treatment in 1–2 layers using a penetrating agent followed by the top coating paint DENAS UNIVERZÁL in 1–2 layers. The minimum temperature for application and drying of the coating is +10 °C and air humidity up to 70%.
