DENAS UNIVERSAL-MAT top coat for wood, metal, and concrete, 0320 violet, 700 g

DENAS UNIVERSAL MAT is a top water-dilutable paint for coatings of construction elements and structures made of wood, metal, building materials, fresh galvanized sheet metal, as well as galvanized roofing sheets, aluminum, certain types of plastics, formica, ceramic tiles with the addition of silane, drywall. It complies with the standard for surface finishes of products and toys for children aged 0-3 years (ČSN EN 71, part 3) and is suitable for contact with food. The coatings have excellent resistance, do not chalk, nor become brittle due to the action of UV radiation and weathering, and are resistant to the action of cleaning agents used in households. Painted surfaces are extremely mechanically resistant and show a long lifespan in both interiors and exteriors.

The product is safe under the conditions of intended use and meets hygienic requirements for toys and products for children under 3 years (according to EN 71, part 3), Government Regulation No. 86/2011 Coll., Appendix No. 2, III. Chemical substances, point 12 and also meets hygienic requirements for products intended for contact with food and drinking water specified by MZCR Regulation No. 38/2001 Coll., in its current version for the white base. DENAS COLOR a.s. has taken measures to ensure that the product placed on the market complies with the technical documentation and the fundamental requirements. The validity of the certificates is not guaranteed when tinting outside the manufacturer's premises.

Application procedure:

The substrate must be dry, free of dirt, non-adhering layers of older coatings, and grease. Protect new metal surfaces with 1-2 layers of the anti-corrosive primer DENAS NA KOV-ZÁKLAD or DENAS NA KOVY 2V1, then apply the top coat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 layers. For wooden substrates, first unify with DENAS NA DŘEVO-ZÁKLAD or diluted DENAS UNIVERSAL paint in a ratio of 1:1 with water, and in 1-2 layers considering the absorbency of the wood. Then perform the top coat with undiluted paint in 1-2 layers. We recommend protecting exterior wood to a depth with a suitable impregnator with biocidal effects. Protect mineral substrates with a primer coat in 1-2 layers followed by top coat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 layers. The minimum temperature when applying and drying the coat is +10 °C and air humidity up to 70%.

Safety and hygiene of paint for wood and metal:

In normal use, there are no situations that would require immediate medical attention. Recommendation: When working, follow personal hygiene principles. Ensure ventilation of the workspace. When applying by spraying, use respiratory protection. In case of eye contact, rinse with water.

Disposal of waste:

Dispose of paint residues and contaminated containers as hazardous waste in accordance with current regulations. The product retains its useful properties in its original unopened packaging for a minimum period until the date indicated on the cap/lid.
