DENAS UNIVERZÁL-MAT top coat for wood, metal and concrete, 0750 orange, 700 g

DENAS UNIVERZÁL MAT is a top water-dilutable paint for coatings of building elements and structures made of wood, metal, building materials, fresh galvanized sheet metal, galvanized roofing sheets, aluminum, certain types of plastics, laminate, ceramic tiles with a silane additive, and drywall. It meets the standard for surface treatments of products and toys for children aged 0-3 years (ČSN EN 71, part 3) and is suitable for contact with food. The coatings have excellent durability, do not chalk, nor become brittle due to UV radiation and weather conditions; they are resistant to cleaning agents used in households. The painted surfaces are extremely mechanically resistant and exhibit a long lifespan in both interior and exterior.

The product is safe under the conditions of specified use and meets hygiene requirements for toys and products for children under 3 years of age (according to EN 71, part 3), Government Regulation No. 86/2011 Coll., Annex No. 2, III. Chemical substances, point 12 and also meets hygiene requirements for products intended for contact with food and drinking water, established by MZČR Regulation No. 38/2001 Coll., in its valid version for white base. DENAS COLOR a.s. has implemented measures to ensure the compliance of the product placed on the market with technical documentation and basic requirements. It does not guarantee the validity of certificates when tinting outside the manufacturer's premises.

Application procedure:

The substrate must be dry, free of dirt, non-adhering layers of older coatings, and grease. New metal surfaces should be protected with 1-2 layers of anti-corrosive primer DENAS NA KOV-ZÁKLAD or DENAS NA KOVY 2V1, then apply the top color DENAS UNIVERZÁL in 1-2 layers. For wooden substrates, first unify with DENAS NA DŘEVO-ZÁKLAD or diluted paint DENAS UNIVERZÁL in a ratio of 1:1 with water, in 1-2 layers depending on the absorbency of the wood. Then perform the top coat with undiluted paint in 1-2 layers. We recommend protecting wood in exterior with appropriate wood preservative with biocidal effects. Protect mineral substrates with 1-2 layers of penetrating agent and subsequently with the top coat DENAS UNIVERZÁL in 1-2 layers. The minimum temperature for application and drying is +10 °C and air humidity up to 70%.

Safety and hygiene of paint for wood and metal:

In normal use, situations arise where immediate medical assistance is necessary. Recommendation: When working, adhere to personal hygiene principles. Ensure ventilation of the workspace. When applying by spraying, use respiratory protection. In case of eye contact, rinse with plenty of water.

Waste disposal:

Dispose of leftover paint and contaminated containers as hazardous waste in accordance with applicable regulations. The product retains its utility properties in an unopened original package at least until the date indicated on the lid.
