The substrate must be dry, free from dirt, non-adhering layers of older coatings, and grease. New metal surfaces should be protected with 1-2 layers of the anti-corrosive primer DENAS METAL-PRIMER or DENAS METALS 2IN1, then apply the top coat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 layers. Wooden substrates should first be unified with DENAS WOOD-PRIMER or diluted paint DENAS UNIVERSAL in a 1:1 ratio with water, in 1-2 layers depending on the absorbency of the wood. Then perform the top coat with undiluted paint in 1-2 layers. For wood in outdoor use, we recommend protecting it to a depth with an appropriate impregnator with biocidal effects. Protect mineral substrates by coating with 1-2 layers of a primer and then the top coat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 layers. The minimum temperature during application and drying of the coating is +10 °C and air humidity up to 70%.
