DENAS UNIVERSAL-GLOSS top coat for wood, metal, and concrete, 0110 light gray, 700 g

DENAS UNIVERSAL is a top water-dilutable paint intended for coatings of construction elements and structures made of wood, metal, building materials, fresh galvanized sheet metal as well as galvanized roof sheets, aluminum, selected types of plastics, chipboard, ceramic tiles with the addition of silane, and drywall. It meets the standard for surface treatment of products and toys for children aged 0-3 years (ČSN EN 71, part 3) and is suitable for contact with food. The coatings offer excellent resistance, do not chalk or become brittle under UV radiation and weathering, and reliably withstand household cleaning agents. The painted surfaces are characterized by extreme mechanical resistance and long-lasting durability in both indoor and outdoor environments.

The product is safe under the intended use conditions and meets the hygiene requirements for toys and products for children up to 3 years of age (according to EN 71, part 3), Government Regulation No. 86/2011 Coll., Annex No. 2, III. Chemical substances, point 12, and also meets hygiene requirements for products intended for contact with food and drinking water, as specified by Decree No. 38/2001 Coll., in the valid wording for the white base. DENAS COLOR a.s. has taken measures to ensure the compliance of the product placed on the market with technical documentation and the basic requirements. It does not guarantee the validity of certificates when tinting outside the manufacturer's premises.

Application procedure:

The substrate must be dry, free from dirt, weakly adhering layers of old coatings, and grease. New metal surfaces should be protected with 1-2 layers of the DENAS ANTI-CORROSION BASE or DENAS FOR METALS 2IN1, then apply the top coat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 layers. Wooden substrates should first be unified with DENAS WOOD BASE or diluted DENAS UNIVERSAL paint in a 1:1 ratio with water, in 1-2 layers depending on the absorbency of the wood. Then perform the top coat with undiluted paint in 1-2 layers. For exterior wood, we recommend protection to depth with a suitable impregnant with biocidal properties. Protect mineral substrates by applying 1-2 layers of a penetrating agent followed by the top covering color DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 layers. The minimum temperature for application and drying of the coating is +10 °C and ambient humidity up to 70%
