DENAS UNIVERZÁL-GLOSS top coat for wood, metal and concrete, 0100 white, 0.3 kg

DENAS UNIVERZÁL is a water-based top paint for coatings of construction elements and structures made of wood, metal, building materials, freshly galvanized sheets and galvanized roofing templates, aluminum, certain types of plastics, chipboard, ceramic tiles with silane addition, gypsum board. It meets the standard for surface finishes of products and toys for children aged 0-3 years (ČSN EN 71, part 3) and is suitable for contact with food. The coatings have excellent resistance, do not chalk or become brittle due to UV radiation and weather conditions, and are resistant to household cleaning agents. Coated surfaces are extremely mechanically durable and show a long lifespan both indoors and outdoors.

The product is safe under the specified conditions of use and meets the hygiene requirements for toys and products for children aged up to 3 years (according to EN 71, part 3), Government Regulation No. 86/2011 Coll., Appendix No. 2, III. Chemical substances, point 12 and simultaneously meets the hygiene requirements for products intended for contact with food and drinking water, set by Regulation MZČR No. 38/2001 Coll., as amended for the white base. DENAS COLOR a.s. has taken measures to ensure the conformity of the product placed on the market with the technical documentation and with the basic requirements. It does not guarantee the validity of certificates when tinting outside the manufacturer's premises.

Application procedure:

The substrate must be dry, free of dirt, non-cohesive layers of older paints, and grease. New metal surfaces should be protected with 1-2 layers of DENAS ANTI-CORROSION PRIMER or DENAS 2IN1 FOR METALS, then apply the top coat DENAS UNIVERZÁL in 1-2 layers. For wooden substrates, first uniform with DENAS WOOD PRIMER or diluted DENAS UNIVERZÁL paint in a 1:1 ratio with water, and this in 1-2 layers according to the absorbency of the wood. Then perform the top coat with undiluted paint in 1-2 layers. For exterior wood, we recommend protecting it to a depth with a suitable impregnation agent with biocidal effects. Protect mineral substrates by coating with 1-2 layers of penetration agent and then the top coat DENAS UNIVERZÁL in 1-2 layers. The minimum temperature during application and drying of the coating is +10 °C and air humidity up to 70%.
