DENAS UNIVERSAL-GLOSS top coat for wood, metal and concrete, 0100 white, 0.3 kg

DENAS UNIVERSAL is a top water-soluble paint for coating construction elements and structures made of wood, metal, masonry, freshly galvanized sheet metal and galvanized roofing shingles, aluminum, certain types of plastics, laminate, ceramic tiles with the addition of silane, drywall. It meets the standard for surface treatments of products and toys for children aged 0-3 years (ČSN EN 71, part 3) and is suitable for contact with food. The coatings have excellent resistance, do not chalk or become brittle under the influence of UV radiation and weather, and are resistant to household cleaning agents. Coated surfaces are extremely mechanically resistant and exhibit long durability in both interior and exterior.

The product is safe under specified conditions of use and meets the hygiene requirements for toys and products for children up to 3 years of age (according to EN 71, part 3), Government Regulation No. 86/2011 Coll., Annex No. 2, III. Chemical substances, point 12, and also meets the hygiene requirements for products intended for contact with food and drinking water, determined by the MZCR Regulation No. 38/2001 Coll., in the current version for white base. DENAS COLOR a.s. has taken measures to ensure the compliance of the product placed on the market with the technical documentation and basic requirements. It does not guarantee the validity of certifications when tinted outside the manufacturer's premises.

Application procedure:

The substrate must be dry, free of dirt, non-adhering layers of older coats, and grease. Protect new metal surfaces with 1-2 coats of anti-corrosion primer DENAS NA KOV-ZÁKLAD or DENAS NA KOVY 2V1, then apply the top coat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 coats. Wooden substrates should first be unified with DENAS NA DŘEVO-ZÁKLAD or diluted paint DENAS UNIVERSAL in a 1:1 ratio with water, and this should be done in 1-2 coats depending on the absorbency of the wood. Then perform the top coat with undiluted paint in 1-2 coats. For exterior wood, we recommend protecting it with an appropriate impregnator with biocidal effects. Protect mineral substrates with a coat of penetrating agent in 1-2 coats and then the top coat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 coats. The minimum temperature during application and drying is +10 °C and air humidity up to 70%.

Safety and hygiene of paint for wood and metal:

Under normal use, there are no situations that would require immediate medical help. Recommendations: Follow personal hygiene guidelines while working. Ensure ventilation of the workplace. When applying by spraying, use respiratory protection. In case of eye contact, rinse with water.

Waste disposal:

Dispose of leftover paint and contaminated packaging as hazardous waste in accordance with applicable regulations. The product retains its useful properties in the original unopened packaging at least until the date indicated on the cap/lid.
