
Bakrylex Universal Matt is a water-based, universal opaque matte enamel for indoor and outdoor coatings of wood, particleboard, masonry, paper, metal, etc. It covers excellently and resists weather conditions. When used for outdoor coatings, renewal is expected every 3–5 years. The product meets the requirements of regulations for use on toy coatings. It exhibits wet abrasion resistance - measured according to ČSN EN ISO 11998 - class 1. (classification according to EN 13300). The paint is not suitable for objects in permanently damp environments.
Instructions for use:
Absorbent surfaces must be pre-treated with a suitable primer, such as REMAL, BARLET, or SOICRAT. Prime until the surface absorbs. Wood should be treated with a base coat, BAKRYLEX PRIMER, beforehand. Metals must be rusted, degreased, and treated with an appropriate anti-corrosive primer.
Before use, mix the contents thoroughly. You can thin the paint with a small amount of clean water. It is applied with a brush, spray, or roller in 2–3 coats at a temperature of 10–25 °C. The time interval between each coat is at least 4 hours.
Coverage:
Approximate: 6 to 8 m² per 1 kg of paint (7 to 10 m² per 1 l) for one coat.

Shades:

Handling:
Follow basic hygiene rules when working. The product is not intended for coatings that come into direct contact with food, animal feed, or drinking water. Keep out of reach of children. If you feel unwell, seek medical assistance. The product is treated with a biocide. It contains a reaction mixture: 5-chloro-2-methylisothiazol-3(2H)-one [ES number 247-500-7] and 2-methylisothiazol-3(2H)-one [ES number 220-239-6] (3:1). May cause an allergic
reaction.
Storage stability:
The product retains its useful properties for 5 years from the date of manufacture, in the original unopened container. Store in a dry place at a temperature of 5 to 25 °C.
Disposal of containers and waste:
Dispose of the used, properly emptied container at a designated collection point for packaging waste. Dispose of containers with residual product at a location designated by the municipality for hazardous waste disposal, or hand them over to a qualified person for handling hazardous waste.
