
Bakrylex Universal Matt is a water-based, universal covering matte enamel for indoor and outdoor coatings of wood, chipboard, masonry, paper, metal, etc. It provides excellent coverage and withstands weather conditions. When used for outdoor coatings, their renewal is expected every 3–5 years. The product meets the requirements for use on toy coatings. It demonstrates wet abrasion resistance - measured according to ČSN EN ISO 11998 - class 1. (classification according to EN 13300). The paint is not suitable for objects in permanently humid environments.
Instructions for use:
Absorbent substrates must be pre-treated with a suitable primer such as REMAL, BARLET or SOICRAT. Prime until the surface absorbs. Wood should be pre-treated with BAKRYLEX PRIMER. Metals must be derusted, degreased, and treated with a suitable primer for corrosion protection.
Before use, stir the contents thoroughly. The paint can be thinned with a small amount of clean water. It is applied with a brush, spray, or roller in 2–3 layers at a temperature of 10–25 °C. The time interval between applications is at least 4 hours.
Coverage:
Approximate: 6 to 8 m² per 1 kg of paint (7 to 10 m² per 1 l) for one coat.

Shades:
Available as matte or glossy paint in shades according to special color samples, or can be tinted to desired shades in the TELURMIX tinting system at our company stores BARVY A LAKY DROGERIE.
Handling:
Follow basic hygiene rules while working. The product is not intended for coatings that come into direct contact with food, animal feed, and drinking water. Keep out of reach of children. If you feel unwell, seek medical help. The product is treated with a biocide. Contains a mixture of: 5-chloro-2-methylisothiazol-3(2H)-one [ES number 247-500-7] and 2-methylisothiazol-3(2H)-one [ES number 220-239-6] (3:1). May cause allergic
reaction.
Shelf life:
The product retains its useful properties for 5 years from the date of production in its original unopened packaging. Store in a dry place at a temperature of 5 to 25 °C.
Disposal of packaging and waste:
Deliver used, properly emptied packaging to a collection point for packaging waste. Dispose of containers with remnants of the product at a site designated by the municipality for hazardous waste disposal or hand them over to a person authorized to handle hazardous waste.
