Bakrylex V1302 universal matte dispersion varnish for wood transparent, 600 g

BAKRYLEX UNIVERSAL VARNISH is a water-based acrylic transparent varnish designed for interior varnishing of hard and soft woods, furniture parts, wooden and cork coverings, plywood, etc. The varnish can also be used as a top coat over dispersion paints. It meets the requirements of ČSN EN 71-3, part 3: Safety of toys. Migration of certain elements.

Instructions for use:

The dry wooden surface, well sanded with sandpaper P80–150 and free of dust, should be soaked in varnish diluted with water in a ratio of 1:1 or suitable acrylic primer, e.g., REMAL UNIVERSAL PRIMER. After 2 hours of drying of the primer, lightly sand the surface with sandpaper P220–400 and remove the dust. Before use, thoroughly mix the varnish and apply 2–3 coats of undiluted varnish with a brush, roller, or spraying at intervals of about 4 hours. The finished coating dries to the touch in 4 hours and reaches its final hardness after 48 hours. The temperature of the environment and materials during application must not drop below 10 °C.

Coverage:

8 - 12 m² /kg for one coat.

Drying:

Dust-dry in up to 4 hours. The varnish reaches the desired properties in 48 hours.
