Bakrylex Universal Gloss V2066 paint for wood and metal, 1000 white, 5 kg

Bakrylex Universal Gloss is a water-based, universal covering matte enamel for indoor and outdoor coatings of wood, chipboard, masonry, paper, metal, etc. It provides excellent coverage and withstands weather conditions. When used for outdoor applications, renewal is expected every 3–5 years. The product meets toy coating regulations. It demonstrates resistance to wet abrasion - measured according to ČSN EN ISO 11998 - class 1. (classification according to EN 13300). The paint is not suitable for objects in permanently damp environments.

Instructions for use:

Absorbent substrates must be pre-treated with a suitable primer REMAL, BARLET or SOICRAT. Prime until the surface is saturated. It is advisable to pre-treat wood with BAKRYLEX PRIMER. Metals must be derusted, degreased, and treated with a suitable anti-corrosion primer.

Before use, mix the contents thoroughly. You can dilute the paint with a small amount of clean water. It is applied with a brush, spraying, or roller in 2–3 layers at a temperature of 10–25 °C. The time interval between individual coats is at least 4 hours.

Coverage:

Approximate: 6 to 8 m² per 1 kg of paint (7 to 10 m² per 1 l) for a single coat.

Shades:

Available as matte or glossy paint in shades according to special sample cards, or can be tinted to desired shades in the TELURMIX tinting system at our BARVY A LAKY DROGERIE retail outlets.

Handling:

When working, follow basic hygiene rules. The product is not intended for coatings that come into direct contact with food, feed, and drinking water. Keep out of reach of children. If you feel unwell, seek medical assistance. The product is treated with a biocide. It contains a reaction mixture: 5-chloro-2-methylisothiazol-3(2H)-one [ES number 247-500-7] and 2-methylisothiazol-3(2H)-one [ES number 220-239-6] (3:1). May cause allergic
reaction.

Storage stability:

The product retains its useful properties for 5 years from the date of manufacture, in the original unopened packaging. Store in a dry place at a temperature of 5 to 25 °C.

Disposal of packaging and waste:

Dispose of used, properly emptied packaging at a designated collection point for packaging waste. Dispose of containers with residual product at a location designated by the municipality for the disposal of hazardous waste or hand them over to a person authorized to handle hazardous waste.
