Bakrylex Universal Gloss is a water-dispersible, universal covering matte enamel for interior and exterior coatings of wood, particleboard, masonry, paper, metal, etc. It provides excellent coverage and withstands weather conditions. When used for outdoor applications, the expected renewal is after 3–5 years. The product meets the requirements for coatings on toys. It demonstrates wet abrasion resistance - measured according to ČSN EN ISO 11998 - class 1. (classification according to EN 13300). The paint is not suitable for objects in permanently damp environments.

Instructions for use:

Porous substrates must be pre-treated with suitable penetrating agent REMAL, BARLET, or SOICRAT. Penetrate until the surface absorbs. Wood should be pre-treated with a primer BAKRYLEX PRIMER. Metals need to be derusted, degreased, and treated with a suitable anti-corrosive primer.

Before use, thoroughly stir the contents. You can dilute the paint with a small amount of clean water. It is applied with a brush, spray, or roller in 2–3 coats at a temperature of 10–25 °C. The time interval between individual coats is at least 4 hours.

Theoretical coverage:

Approx: 6 to 8 m² per 1 kg of paint (7 to 10 m² per 1 l) for one coat.

Shades:

Available as matte or glossy paint in shades according to special color charts, or it can be tinted to desired shades in the TELURMIX tinting system at our corporate stores BARVY A LAKY DROGERIE.

Handling:

When working, follow basic hygiene rules. The product is not intended for coatings that come into direct contact with food, animal feed, and drinking water. Keep out of reach of children. If you feel unwell, seek medical help. The product is treated with a biocide. Contains a reaction mixture: 5-chloro-2-methylisothiazol-3(2H)-one [EC No. 247-500-7] and 2-methylisothiazol-3(2H)-one [EC No. 220-239-6] (3:1). May cause an allergic
reaction.

Shelf life:

The product retains its utility properties for 5 years from the date of production, in its original unopened packaging. Store in a dry place at a temperature of 5 to 25 °C.

Disposal of packaging and waste:

Dispose of used, properly emptied containers at a collection point for packaging waste. Dispose of containers with residues of the product in the place designated by the municipality for the disposal of hazardous waste or hand them over to a person authorized to handle hazardous waste.
