Bakrylex Universal Matt is a water-based, universal opaque matt enamel designed for painting wood, particle board, masonry, paper, metal, and other substrates both indoors and outdoors. It features excellent opacity and weather resistance. For outdoor use, repainting is expected every 3–5 years. The product complies with regulations for toy surface treatment. It achieves wet abrasion resistance – measured according to ČSN EN ISO 11998 – class 1. (classification according to EN 13300). The paint is not suitable for objects in permanently damp environments.

Instructions for use:
Absorbent substrates must be pre-treated with a suitable primer like REMAL, BARLET, or SOICRAT. Prime until the surface absorbs. Wood should be primed with BAKRYLEX PRIMER beforehand. Metals must be rusted, degreased, and treated with a suitable anti-corrosive primer.
Before use, mix the contents thoroughly. The paint can be thinned with a small amount of clean water. It can be applied with a brush, spray, or roller in 2–3 coats at a temperature of 10–25 °C. The time interval between coats is at least 4 hours.
Coverage:
Approximate coverage: 6 to 8 m² from 1 kg of paint (7 to 10 m² from 1 l) in one coat.

Shades:
Available in both matte and glossy variants in shades according to special color samples, or it can be tinted into the desired shades in the TELURMIX system at BARVY A LAKY DROGERIE stores.
