Bakrylex Universal Mat V2066 Wood and Metal Paint 0565 Dark Green, 700 g

Bakrylex Universal Mat is a water-based, universal covering matte enamel for indoor and outdoor coatings of wood, chipboard, masonry, paper, metal, etc. It provides excellent coverage and withstands weather conditions. When used for outdoor coatings, their renewal is expected after 3–5 years. The product meets the requirements of regulations for use on toy coatings. It exhibits wet abrasion resistance - measured according to ČSN EN ISO 11998 - class 1. (classification according to EN 13300). The paint is not suitable for objects in permanently damp environments.

Instructions for use:

Absorbent substrates must be pre-treated with a suitable primer REMAL, BARLET, or SOICRAT. Prime until the surface absorbs. Wood should be pre-coated with BAKRYLEX PRIMER. Metals need to be derusted, degreased, and coated with an appropriate anti-corrosion primer.

Before use, mix the contents thoroughly. You can dilute the paint with a small amount of clean water. It is applied with a brush, spray, or roller in 2–3 coats at a temperature of 10–25 °C. The time interval between coats is at least 4 hours.

Coverage:

Approximate: 6 to 8 m² per 1 kg of coating (7 to 10 m² per 1 l) for one coat.

Shades:

It is available as a matte or glossy paint in shades according to special color samples, or it can be tinted to the desired shades in the TELURMIX tinting system at our corporate retail stores of PAINTS AND VARNISHES DROGERIE.

Handling:

When working, follow basic hygiene rules. The product is not intended for coatings that come into direct contact with food, feed, and drinking water. Keep out of reach of children. If you feel unwell, seek medical attention. The product is treated with a biocide. It contains a reactive mixture: 5-chloro-2-methylisothiazol-3(2H)-one [EC number 247-500-7] and 2-methylisothiazol-3(2H)-one [EC number 220-239-6] (3:1). It may cause an allergic
reaction.

Storage stability:

The product retains its useful properties for 5 years from the date of manufacture, in its original unopened packaging. Store in a dry place at a temperature of 5 to 25 °C.

Disposal of packaging and waste:

Properly emptied packaging should be submitted to a collection point for packaging waste. Dispose of containers with product residues at a location designated by the municipality for hazardous waste disposal or give them to a person authorized to handle hazardous waste.
