BAKRYLEX Primer basic wood paint V2070, 800 g

BAKRYLEX PRIMER is a water-based sanding primer for wood for outdoor and indoor use. The Bakrylex wood paint is designed for both new and renovation primer coatings of wood such as window frames, wooden door frames and wings, wooden furniture or paneling, ceilings, and other construction carpentry products.

The paint fills pores, levels out substrate unevenness, and overall increases adhesion between the substrate and the topcoat.

Instructions for use of wood primer:

The substrate for the wood primer must be dry, free from dirt, non-adhering layers of old coatings, grease, and resin. When applying the wood paint outdoors, we recommend first treating the wood with the protective agent LAZUROL AQUA NAPOUŠTĚDLO. After the protective coating has dried, the substrate should be sanded with sandpaper P180–220 and cleaned of dust.

The wood primer is applied after dilution (only if necessary, max. 5% water) and thorough mixing with a brush, roller, or pneumatic spraying in 1–2 layers. The interval between individual coats must be at least 4 hours. After applying the last layer, the primer can be sanded, but not less than 6 hours after applying the last layer, using sandpaper P 240–320. Then, the top coat (e.g. BAKRYLEX EMAIL UNIVERZÁL) can be applied in 1–2 layers. The time interval between individual coatings of the top coat must be at least 4 hours. The minimum temperature during application and drying of the coating is 10 °C, at least 3 °C above the dew point, and ambient humidity up to 70%.
