
Bakrylex Universal matte is a water-based, universal covering matte enamel for indoor and outdoor coatings of wood, particleboard, masonry, paper, metal, etc. Excellent coverage and weather resistance. When used for outdoor coatings, renewal is expected every 3–5 years. The product meets the regulations for use on toys. It shows wet abrasion resistance - measured according to ČSN EN ISO 11998 - class 1. (classification according to EN 13300). The paint is not suitable for objects in permanently damp environments.
Instructions for use:
Absorbent substrates must be pre-treated with a suitable primer such as REMAL, BARLET, or SOICRAT. Prime until the surface absorbs. Wood should be pre-treated with BAKRYLEX PRIMER. Metals must be rusted, degreased, and treated with a suitable anti-corrosive primer.
Before use, thoroughly mix the contents. You can dilute the paint with a small amount of clean water. Apply with a brush, spray, or roller in 2–3 layers at a temperature of 10–25 °C. The time interval between coats is at least 4 hours.
Coverage:
Approximate: 6 to 8 m² per 1 kg of coating (7 to 10 m² per 1 l) for one coat.

Shades:
Available as matte or glossy paint in shades according to special color charts, or can be tinted to desired shades in the TELURMIX tinting system at our BARVY A LAKY DROGERIE stores.
Handling:
Observe basic hygiene rules when working. The product is not intended for coatings coming into direct contact with food, animal feed, and drinking water. Keep out of reach of children. If you feel unwell, seek medical attention. The product is treated with biocide. Contains a reaction mixture: 5-chloro-2-methylisothiazol-3(2H)-one [EC number 247-500-7] and 2-methylisothiazol-3(2H)-one [EC number 220-239-6] (3:1). May cause an allergic
reaction.
Shelf life:
The product retains its useful properties for 5 years from the date of manufacture, in its original unopened packaging. Store in a dry place at a temperature of 5 to 25 °C.
Disposal of containers and waste:
Discard used, properly emptied containers at a collection point for packaging waste. Dispose of containers with remnants of the product at a location designated by the municipality for hazardous waste disposal or hand over to a person authorized to handle hazardous waste.
