DENAS UNIVERSAL-GLOSS top coat for wood, metal, and concrete, 0566 green fence, 700 g

DENAS UNIVERSAL is a water-based top coat for construction elements and structures made of wood, metal, building materials, fresh galvanized sheet metal and galvanized roofing sheets, aluminum, certain types of plastics, chipboard, ceramic tiles with added silane, drywall. It meets the standard for surface finishes of products and toys for children aged 0-3 years (ČSN EN 71, Part 3) and is suitable for contact with food. The coatings have excellent durability, do not chalk, or become brittle due to UV radiation and weathering, and are resistant to household cleaning agents. Painted surfaces are extremely mechanically durable and have a long lifespan indoors and outdoors.

The product is safe under the conditions of intended use and meets hygiene requirements for toys and products for children aged up to 3 years (according to EN 71, Part 3), Government Regulation No. 86/2011 Coll., Annex No. 2, III. Chemical substances, Item 12, and also meets hygiene requirements for products intended for contact with food and drinking water, as established by MZČR Regulation No. 38/2001 Coll., in effect for the white base. DENAS COLOR a.s. has implemented measures to ensure the conformity of the product placed on the market with the technical documentation and with the basic requirements. It does not guarantee the validity of certifications when tinting outside of the manufacturer's premises.

Application procedure:

The substrate must be dry, free from dirt, non-adhering layers of older coatings, and grease. Protect new metal surfaces with 1–2 layers of the anti-corrosion primer DENAS ON METAL-PRIMER or DENAS ON METALS 2IN1, then apply the top coat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1–2 layers. For wooden substrates, first unify with DENAS ON WOOD-PRIMER or diluted DENAS UNIVERSAL paint in a 1:1 ratio with water, in 1–2 layers according to the wood's absorbency. Then perform the top coat with undiluted paint in 1–2 layers. We recommend protecting exterior wood to a depth with a suitable impregnating agent with biocidal effects. For mineral substrates, perform a coat with a penetrating agent in 1–2 layers and subsequently the top cover coat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1–2 layers. The minimum temperature for application and drying of the paint is +10 °C and air humidity up to 70%.

Safety and hygiene of paint for wood and metal:

In normal use, there are no situations where immediate medical assistance would be necessary. Recommendation: Follow personal hygiene practices while working. Ensure ventilation in the workspace. When spraying, use respiratory protection. In case of eye contact, rinse with water.

Waste disposal:

Dispose of leftover paint and contaminated containers as hazardous waste in accordance with applicable regulations. The product retains its usability in the original unopened container at least until the date indicated on the lid/cap.
