DENAS UNIVERSAL-GLOSS top coat for wood, metal and concrete, 0750 orange, 700 g

DENAS UNIVERSAL is a top water-dilutable paint for coatings of construction elements and structures made of wood, metal, building materials, fresh galvanized sheet metal and galvanized roofing panels, aluminum, some types of plastics, chipboard, ceramic tiles with silane addition, gypsum board. It meets the standard for surface treatments of products and toys for children aged 0-3 years (ČSN EN 71, part 3) and is suitable for contact with food. The coatings have excellent durability, do not chalk or become brittle due to UV radiation and weather effects, and are resistant to household cleaning agents. Painted surfaces are extremely mechanically resistant and exhibit a long lifespan both indoors and outdoors.

The product is safe under the conditions of intended use and meets the hygiene requirements for toys and products for children under the age of 3 years (according to EN 71, part 3), Government Regulation No. 86/2011 Coll., Annex No. 2, III. Chemical substances, point 12 and at the same time meets the hygiene requirements for products intended for contact with food and drinking water, as set by the MZČR Regulation No. 38/2001 Coll., in its valid form for the white base. DENAS COLOR a.s. has taken measures to ensure the product's compliance with the technical documentation and basic requirements. It does not guarantee the validity of the certifications when tinting outside the manufacturer's premises.

Procedure:

The substrate must be dry, free from dirt, non-adherent layers of older coatings, and grease. Newly applied metal surfaces should be protected with 1-2 layers of DENAS ANTI-CORROSION BASE or DENAS 2IN1 FOR METALS, then apply the top coat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 layers. Wooden substrates should first be leveled with DENAS WOOD BASE or diluted DENAS UNIVERSAL in a 1:1 ratio with water, applied in 1-2 layers depending on the absorbency of the wood. Then apply the top coat with undiluted paint in 1-2 layers. For exterior wood, we recommend protecting deeply with a suitable impregnant with biocidal effects. Protect mineral substrates with a coat of primer in 1-2 layers followed by the top coating paint DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 layers. The minimum temperature for application and drying of the coating is +10 °C and relative humidity up to 70%.

Safety and hygiene of paint for wood and metal:

Under normal use, there are no situations where immediate medical assistance would be necessary. Recommendations: When working, follow personal hygiene principles. Ensure ventilation of the workplace. When spraying, use respiratory protective equipment. In case of eye contact, rinse with plenty of water.

Disposal of waste:

Dispose of leftover paints and contaminated packaging as hazardous waste in accordance with applicable regulations. The product retains its useful properties in the original unopened container at least until the date indicated on the lid.
