DENAS NA DŘEVO–ZÁKLAD primer for wood, white, 0.7 kg

The DENAS NA DŘEVO–ZÁKLAD primer is intended for painting all types of wood, wooden materials, and substrates in both interiors and exteriors. It works excellently for new and renovation primer coatings of window frames, wooden door frames, door leaves, wooden furniture, paneling, ceilings, and other construction joinery elements. The preparation fills pores, levels surface irregularities, and improves overall adhesion between the substrate and the top coat.

Thanks to its very good sandability, it creates a perfectly smooth substrate for further coating layers, thus contributing to a better final appearance and longer lifespan of the overall surface finish.

Coverage and recommended thicknesses:

Theoretical coverage is 5–7 m²/kg for one layer.

Composition (general):

Mixture of special alkyd emulsion, pigments, fillers, and special additives.

Application procedure:

The substrate must be dry, free of dirt, non-adhering layers of older coatings, and grease. When applying to wood outdoors, it is recommended to first use a suitable water-dilutable impregnant with biocidal effect. The DENAS NA DŘEVO–ZÁKLAD is applied after dilution (only if necessary, max. 5% water) and thorough mixing by brush, roller, or pneumatic spraying in 1–2 layers. The interval between individual coatings
must be at least 4 hours. After applying the last layer, the primer can be sanded, but at least 6 hours after the application of the last layer. Then the top coat DENAS UNIVERZÁL can be applied in 1–2 layers. The time interval between individual coats of the top coat must be at least 4 hours. The minimum temperature for application and drying is +10 °C, at least 3 °C above the dew point, and air humidity up to 70%.

Storage:

Store in the original well-sealed container in cool, dry, and well-ventilated places, at temperatures of +5 to 25 °C. Protect from frost. Keep out of reach of children. Use within 36 months of the production date. The product must not freeze.

Disposal of containers and waste:

Dispose of paint residues and contaminated containers as hazardous waste in accordance with applicable regulations.

Safety and hygiene:

Follow personal hygiene practices. Ensure proper ventilation of the workplace. When spraying, use respiratory protection. In case of skin contact, wash the affected area with water and soap. If the eyes are affected, rinse with water. In case of ingestion, rinse the mouth with water, do not induce vomiting. If health problems occur, seek medical attention.
