DENAS NA DŘEVO–ZÁKLAD primer for wood, white, 0.7 kg

DENAS NA DŘEVO–ZÁKLAD is paint for primer coatings on all types of wood, wooden products, and substrates for use indoors and outdoors. It is ideal for both new and renovation primer coatings of window frames, wooden door frames and leaves, wooden furniture or paneling, ceilings, and other construction carpentry products. The paint fills pores and levels imperfections in the substrate and overall increases adhesion between the substrate and the topcoat.

Thanks to its very good sandability, it additionally creates a perfectly smooth surface for subsequent coats, thereby improving the final appearance and longevity of the overall surface treatment.

Shades:

It is available in shade 0100 white and others according to RAL, NCS, ČSN sample cards or in shades by agreement.

Coverage and recommended thickness:

Theoretical coverage is 5–7 m²/kg for one coat.

Composition (general):

A mixture of special alkyd emulsion, pigments, fillers, and special additives.

Procedure:

The substrate must be dry, free of dirt, non-adhering layers of old coatings, and grease. When applying to wood outdoors, we recommend first using a suitable water-based primer with biocidal effect. DENAS NA DŘEVO–ZÁKLAD is applied after dilution (only if necessary, max. 5% water) and thorough mixing with a brush, roller, or pneumatic spraying in 1–2 coats. The interval between individual coats
must be at least 4 hours. After applying the last coat, the primer can be sanded, but at least 6 hours after the last coat application. Then it is possible to apply the top coat DENAS UNIVERZÁL in 1–2 layers. The time interval between individual coats of the top coat must be at least 4 hours. Minimum temperature during application and drying of the coating is +10 °C, at least 3 °C above the dew point and air humidity up to 70%.

Storage:

Store in the original, well-sealed container in cool, dry, and well-ventilated areas, at temperatures between +5 and 25 °C. Protect from frost. Keep out of reach of children. Use within 36 months from the date of manufacture. The product must not freeze.

Disposal of containers and waste:

Dispose of paint residues and contaminated containers as hazardous waste in accordance with applicable regulations.

Safety and hygiene:

Follow personal hygiene principles. Ensure ventilation of the workplace. When spraying, use respiratory protection. In case of skin contact, wash the affected area with water and soap. If in eyes, rinse with water. If ingested, rinse mouth with water, do not induce vomiting. In case of health issues, seek medical attention.
