DENAS BETON EKONOMIK concrete paint, 0110 gray, 5 kg

DENAS NA BETON EKONOMIK is a top coat walkable water-dilutable concrete paint of economically advantageous quality designed for painting concrete surfaces, especially interior floors with moderate load, resistant walls, drywall, bases, fences, structural concrete elements, ceiling and floor panels, concrete columns, where a mild to medium load is required. The coating has good mechanical resistance, washability, vapor permeability, and is easy to maintain. The paint has excellent application properties and dries quickly. The painted surfaces are walkable after 12 hours, and after 24 hours, the surface can be gradually loaded. The coating reaches full curing after 10 days. It is not suitable for unripe concrete.

Meets the requirements of the standard ČSN EN ISO 1504-2: Surface protection product - coatings. Declaration of properties No. 003.

Composition (general):

Mixture of acrylic dispersion, pigments, fillers, and special additives

Work procedure: 

The substrate must be dry, free of dirt and non-adhering layers, cement milk, and any previous old coatings, grease. Before painting, the substrate is primed with the penetrating agent DENAS DEEP PENETRATION or paint diluted with water in a ratio of 1:5. The paint is applied with a brush, roller, or spraying in the supplied consistency in 2–3 layers with a minimum interval of 4 hours between coats. The temperature during application and drying of the paint must not drop below +10 °C, with humidity up to 70%. Temperature conditions must be maintained throughout the drying time. The drying rate depends on temperature, humidity, air flow, and applied thickness.

Coverage: 

5 - 8 m²/kg for one coat.

Plastic or metal containers weighing 2.5, 5, 10, and 20 kg.

Instructions for safe handling:

If medical assistance is needed, keep the container or label of the product at hand. Keep out of reach of children. Do not inhale aerosols. Use only outdoors or in well-ventilated areas. Avoid release into the environment. Use protective gloves/protective clothing/protective eyewear. IN CASE OF SKIN CONTACT: Wash with plenty of water and soap. In case of skin irritation or rash: Seek medical advice/treatment. Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local regulations by handing it over to a person authorized for waste disposal or at a location designated by the municipality.

Safety and hygiene:

Follow personal hygiene principles. Ensure ventilation in the workplace. Use respiratory protection when spraying. In case of skin contact, wash the affected area with water and soap. If eye contact occurs, rinse with water. If ingested, rinse mouth with water, do not induce vomiting. In case of health problems, seek medical treatment.

Waste disposal:

Paint residues and contaminated packaging should be disposed of as hazardous waste in accordance with current regulations. The product retains its usable properties in the original unopened container for at least until the date stated on the cap/lid.

1.1–1.25 g/cm³; VOC: 0.05 kg/kg; TOC: 0.03 kg/kg; ONL: 30–40% vol.; Category VFRH: A/i – single-component paints with special function.; Maximum permissible VOC content (g/l): 140; Max. VOC content in the product in ready-to-use state (g/l): 61.
