DENAS UNIVERSAL-GLOSS top coat for wood, metal and concrete, 0230 medium brown, 700 g

DENAS UNIVERSAL is a top water-based paint for coatings of building elements and constructions made of wood, metal, building materials, fresh galvanized sheet metal as well as galvanized roofing sheets, aluminum, certain types of plastics, laminate, ceramic tiles with a silane additive, gypsum board. It meets the surface treatment standards for products and toys for children from 0-3 years (ČSN EN 71, part 3) and is suitable for contact with food. The coatings have excellent durability, do not chalk or become brittle due to UV radiation and weather influences, and are resistant to the actions of cleaning agents used in households. The coated surfaces are extremely mechanically resistant and demonstrate a long service life both indoors and outdoors.

The product is safe under the conditions of intended use and meets the hygiene requirements for toys and products for children aged up to 3 years (according to EN 71, part 3), Government Regulation No. 86/2011 Coll., Annex No. 2, III. Chemical substances, point 12 and also meets the hygiene requirements for products intended for contact with food and drinking water, established by the MZČR Decree No. 38/2001 Coll. in its valid wording for the white base. DENAS COLOR a.s. has taken measures to ensure the product on the market complies with the technical documentation and the basic requirements. It does not guarantee the validity of tests when tinting outside the manufacturer's premises.

Application procedure:

The substrate must be dry, free of dirt, loose layers of old coatings and grease. New metal surfaces should be protected with 1-2 layers of the anti-corrosion primer DENAS FOR METAL-PRIMER or DENAS FOR METALS 2IN1, then apply the top coat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 layers. Wooden substrates should first be primed with DENAS FOR WOOD-PRIMER or diluted DENAS UNIVERSAL paint in a ratio of 1:1 with water, in 1-2 layers depending on the absorbency of the wood. After that, apply the top coat with undiluted paint in 1-2 layers. For outdoor wood, we recommend protection to depth with a suitable impregnator with biocidal effects. Protect mineral substrates with a primer coat in 1-2 layers with a penetrating agent, and then apply the top cover paint DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 layers. The minimum temperature during application and drying of the coating is +10 °C and air humidity should be below 70%.
