DENAS UNIVERZÁL-GLOSS top coat for wood, metal, and concrete, 0660 ochre, 700 g

DENAS UNIVERZÁL is a water-based top coat for coating construction elements and structures made of wood, metal, building materials, fresh galvanized sheet metal, galvanized roofing tiles, aluminum, certain types of plastics, formica, ceramic tiles with a silane additive, and drywall. It complies with the standard for surface treatments of products and toys for children aged 0-3 years (ČSN EN 71, part 3) and is suitable for contact with food. The coatings have excellent durability, do not chalk, nor become brittle due to the effects of UV radiation and weather, and are resistant to cleaning agents used in households. Painted surfaces are extremely mechanically resistant and exhibit long durability both indoors and outdoors.

The product is safe under the conditions of intended use and meets hygiene requirements for toys and products for children up to 3 years of age (according to EN 71, part 3), Government Regulation No. 86/2011 Coll., Annex No. 2, III. Chemical substances, point 12 and also meets hygiene requirements for products intended for contact with food and drinking water, as established by MZČR Regulation No. 38/2001 Coll., as amended for the white base. DENAS COLOR a.s. has implemented measures to ensure that the product placed on the market complies with the technical documentation and the basic requirements. It does not guarantee the validity of the certificates when tinting outside the manufacturer's premises.

Application procedure:

The substrate must be dry, free of dirt, non-adhering layers of older coatings, and grease. New metal surfaces should be protected with 1-2 coats of DENAS ANTI-CORROSION PRIMER or DENAS 2IN1 FOR METALS, then apply the top coat DENAS UNIVERZÁL in 1-2 layers. Wooden substrates should first be unified with DENAS WOOD PRIMER or diluted DENAS UNIVERZÁL in a ratio of 1:1 with water, applied in 1-2 layers depending on the absorbency of the wood. Then perform the top coat with undiluted paint in 1-2 layers. For outdoor wood, we recommend protection with a suitable impregnant with biocidal effects. Protect mineral substrates by applying 1-2 coats of a penetrating agent and subsequently applying the top coat DENAS UNIVERZÁL in 1-2 layers. The minimum application and drying temperature is +10 °C and air humidity up to 70%.
