DENAS UNIVERSAL-MAT top coat for wood, metal and concrete, 0100 white, 700 g

DENAS UNIVERSAL MAT is a water-dilutable top coat designed for painting building components and structures made of wood, metal, building materials, freshly galvanized sheet metal and galvanized roofing sheets, aluminum, certain types of plastics, hardboard, ceramic tiles with the addition of silane and drywall. It complies with the standard for surface treatments of products and toys for children from 0-3 years (ČSN EN 71, part 3) and is suitable for contact with food. The coatings are characterized by excellent resistance, do not chalk, and do not become brittle due to UV radiation or weather conditions. They also resist the effects of household cleaning agents. Painted surfaces have extreme mechanical resistance and a long lifespan in both indoor and outdoor environments.

The product is safe under the conditions of intended use and meets hygienic requirements for toys and products for children aged up to 3 years (according to EN 71, part 3), Government Regulation No. 86/2011 Coll., Annex No. 2, III. Chemical substances, point 12 and also meets hygienic requirements for products intended for contact with food and drinking water, established by Regulation of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic No. 38/2001 Coll., as amended for the white base. DENAS COLOR a.s. has adopted measures to ensure compliance of the product placed on the market with the technical documentation and the basic requirements. It does not guarantee the validity of certificates when tinting outside the manufacturer's premises.

Application procedure:

The substrate must be dry, free of dirt, non-adherent layers of old coatings and grease. New metal surfaces should be protected with 1-2 layers of the anti-corrosion primer DENAS FOR METAL-PRIMER or DENAS FOR METALS 2IN1, then apply the top coat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 layers. Wooden substrates should first be unified with DENAS FOR WOOD-PRIMER or diluted DENAS UNIVERSAL paint in a 1:1 ratio with water, applied in 1-2 layers depending on the absorbency of the wood. Then apply the top coat with undiluted paint in 1-2 layers. For wood in outdoor conditions, we recommend protection to a suitable depth with a suitable impregnating agent with biocidal effects. Protect mineral substrates with a coating in 1-2 layers with a penetration agent and subsequently apply the top coat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 layers. The minimum temperature for application and drying of the coating is +10 °C and air humidity up to 70%.
