DENAS RADIATOR represents a water-dilutable coating material intended for covering coats of hot water heating bodies and copper pipes. The created coating is glossy, does not yellow, is very easy to maintain, and withstands temperatures up to +120 °C. This radiator paint can also be applied to heating elements heated up to +40 °C, while offering excellent covering ability, flowing, fast drying, and great adhesion even to original synthetic substrates, making it suitable for both new and renovation work. Inside, the DENAS RADIATOR can also be used as a universal coating for various surfaces.

General composition of radiator paint:
A mixture of acrylic dispersion, pigments, fillers, and special additives.
You may find helpful covering material, such as paper masking tape or covering foil, possibly sanding papers. Don’t forget brushes and rollers.
Application procedure for radiator paint:
The substrate must be dry, free from dirt, non-adherent layers of old coatings, and grease. New metal heating bodies or rusty spots on old bodies must be first treated with a primer anti-corrosion coating, we recommend DENAS ON METAL-PRIMER or DENAS ON METALS 2V1. The topcoat with DENAS RADIATOR paint is applied with a brush or roller in 1–2 layers without dilution. When air spraying, the paint can be diluted with 5% water, always with a minimum interval of 2 hours between individual coats. The temperature of the air and substrate during application and drying must not drop below +10 °C and the humidity must be below 70 %.
Coverage of radiator paint:
7–10 m²/kg for one coat.

Plastic or metal containers weighing 0.7 kg, 2.5 kg, 10 kg, 20 kg.
Shades of radiator paint:
Available in shades 0100 white, 0603 ivory, and in other finishes according to RAL, NCS, ČSN samples or in shades by arrangement.
Safety and hygiene of radiator paint:
Follow personal hygiene principles. Ensure ventilation of the workspace. When spraying, use respiratory protection. In case of skin contact, wash the affected area with water and soap. If in eyes, rinse with plenty of water. If ingested, rinse mouth with water, do not induce vomiting. In case of health issues, seek medical attention.
Waste disposal:
Dispose of residual paints and contaminated containers as hazardous waste in accordance with applicable regulations. The product retains its utility properties in the original unopened container at least until the date indicated on the lid.
