DENAS UNIVERSAL-SATIN top coat for wood, metal and concrete, 0100 white, 0.7 kg

DENAS UNIVERSAL SATIN is a semi-matt water-based top coat for the painting of construction elements and structures made of wood, metal, building materials, fresh galvanized sheet metal, as well as galvanized roofing sheets, aluminum, certain types of plastics, fiberboard, ceramic tiles with an addition of silane, plasterboard. It meets the surface treatment standard for products and toys for children aged 0-3 years (ČSN EN 71, Part 3) and is suitable for contact with food. The coatings have excellent durability, do not chalk or become brittle due to UV radiation and weathering, and are resistant to cleaning agents used in households. Painted surfaces are extremely mechanically resistant and exhibit a long lifespan in both interiors and exteriors.

The product is safe under the conditions of designated use and meets hygiene requirements for toys and products for children up to 3 years of age (according to EN 71, Part 3), Government Regulation No. 86/2011 Coll., Annex No. 2, III. Chemical substances, point 12 and also meets hygiene requirements for products intended for contact with food and drinking water, established by the Ministry of Health Regulation No. 38/2001 Coll., as amended for the white base. DENAS COLOR a.s. has implemented measures to ensure product compliance with technical documentation and basic requirements. It does not guarantee the validity of certificates when tinted outside the manufacturer's premises.

Application procedure:

The substrate must be dry, free of dirt, non-adhering layers of older coatings, and grease. New metal surfaces should be protected with 1–2 layers of anti-corrosion primer DENAS ON METAL-PRIMER or DENAS ON METALS 2IN1, then apply the top coat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1–2 layers. For wooden substrates, first unify with DENAS ON WOOD-PRIMER or diluted paint DENAS UNIVERSAL in a 1:1 ratio with water, in 1–2 layers depending on the absorbency of the wood. Then perform the top coating with undiluted paint in 1–2 layers. For exterior wood, we recommend protection to a depth with a suitable wood preservative with biocidal effects. Protect mineral substrates with a coating in 1–2 layers of a penetrating agent and subsequently the top coat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1–2 layers. The minimum temperature for application and drying of the coating is +10 °C and air humidity up to 70 %.
