DENAS UNIVERSAL-SATIN top coat for wood, metal, and concrete, 0100 white, 0.7 kg

DENAS UNIVERSAL SATIN is a satin-matte water-based top coat for coatings of construction elements and structures made of wood, metal, building materials, freshly galvanized sheet metal, as well as galvanized roofing templates, aluminum, some types of plastics, particleboard, ceramic tiles with silane additives, drywall. It meets the standard for surface finishes of products and toys for children aged 0–3 years (ČSN EN 71, part 3) and is suitable for contact with food. The coatings have excellent durability, do not chalk, nor become brittle due to UV radiation and weather, and are resistant to cleaning agents used in households. Coated surfaces are extremely mechanically durable and exhibit long-lasting performance in both interior and exterior environments.

The product is safe under the conditions of intended use and meets the hygienic requirements for toys and products for children under 3 years of age (according to EN 71, part 3), Government Regulation No. 86/2011 Coll., Annex No. 2, III. Chemical substances, point 12 and also meets the hygienic requirements for products intended for contact with food and drinking water, established by the Ministry of Health Regulation No. 38/2001 Coll., as amended for the white base. DENAS COLOR a.s. has taken measures to ensure compliance of the product placed on the market with technical documentation and essential requirements. It does not guarantee the validity of certificates when tinting outside the manufacturer's premises.

Working procedure:

The substrate must be dry, free from dirt, non-cohesive layers of older coatings, and grease. Protect new metal surfaces with 1-2 coats of anti-corrosive primer DENAS NA KOV-ZÁKLAD or DENAS NA KOVY 2V1, then apply the top coat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 layers. For wooden substrates, first unify with DENAS NA DŘEVO-ZÁKLAD or diluted paint DENAS UNIVERSAL in a ratio of 1:1 with water, in 1-2 layers considering the absorbency of the wood. Then apply a top coat of undiluted paint in 1-2 layers. For exterior wood, we recommend protection depth with a suitable impregnator with biocidal effects. Protect mineral substrates by applying 1-2 layers of a penetrating agent and then the top coating paint DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 layers. The minimum temperature for application and drying of the coating is +10 °C and air humidity up to 70%.

Safety and hygiene of paint for wood and metal:

Under normal use, there are no situations where immediate medical attention would be necessary. Recommendations: Maintain personal hygiene practices while working. Ensure ventilation of the workspace. When spraying, use respiratory protection. In case of eye contact, rinse with running water.

Waste disposal:

Dispose of paint residues and contaminated packaging as hazardous waste in accordance with applicable regulations. The product retains its properties in the original unopened packaging for at least until the date indicated on the cap/lid.
