DENAS UNIVERSAL-MAT top coat for wood, metal and concrete, 0199 black, 0.3 kg

DENAS UNIVERSAL MAT is a top coat water-dilutable paint intended for coatings of construction elements and structures made of wood, metals, binders, fresh galvanized sheet metal, galvanized roofing templates, aluminum, selected types of plastics, fiberboard, ceramic coverings with the addition of silane, and gypsum board. It complies with the standard for surface treatment of products and toys for children aged 0-3 years (ČSN EN 71, part 3) and is suitable for food contact. The resulting coating boasts excellent resistance, does not chalk or become brittle due to UV radiation and weather influences, and withstands cleaning agents commonly used in households. Coated surfaces demonstrate exceptional mechanical resistance and long-lasting durability in both interior and exterior.

The product is safe under the intended use conditions and meets the hygiene requirements for toys and products for children aged up to 3 years (according to EN 71, part 3), Government Regulation No. 86/2011 Coll., Appendix No. 2, III. Chemical substances, point 12, and also meets hygiene requirements for products intended for food and drinking water contact, specified by MZČR Regulation No. 38/2001 Coll., as amended for white base. DENAS COLOR a.s. has implemented measures to ensure that the product offered on the market is in accordance with the technical documentation and fundamental requirements. It does not guarantee the validity of certificates when tinting outside the manufacturer's facility.

Application procedure:

The substrate must be dry, free from dirt, non-adhering layers of old coatings, and grease. New metal surfaces should be protected with 1–2 layers of anti-corrosive primer DENAS NA KOV-ZÁKLAD or DENAS NA KOVY 2V1, then apply the top coat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1–2 layers. Wooden substrates should first be unified with DENAS NA DŘEVO-ZÁKLAD or diluted DENAS UNIVERSAL paint at a ratio of 1:1 with water, in 1–2 layers depending on the absorbency of the wood. Then apply the top coat with undiluted paint in 1–2 layers. Wood outdoors is recommended to protect with a suitable penetrating agent with biocidal effects. Protect mineral substrates by coating with 1–2 layers of penetrating agent and then with the top coat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1–2 layers. The minimum temperature for application and drying is +10 °C and air humidity up to 70%.

Safety and hygiene of paint for wood and metal:

Under normal use conditions, there are no situations that would require immediate medical assistance. Recommendation: Observe personal hygiene rules during work. Ensure ventilation of the workspace. When spraying, use respiratory protection. In case of eye contact, rinse with water.

Waste disposal:

Dispose of leftover paint and contaminated containers as hazardous waste in accordance with applicable regulations. The product retains its utility characteristics in the original unopened container for a minimum of the date indicated on the lid/

cap.
