DENAS UNIVERSAL-MAT top coat for wood, metal and concrete, 0823 light pink, 700 g

DENAS UNIVERSAL MAT is a top water-based paint for coatings of building elements and structures made of wood, metal, construction materials, freshly galvanized sheets and galvanized roofing tiles, aluminum, certain types of plastics, laminate, ceramic tiles with the addition of silane, drywall. It meets the standard for surface treatments of products and toys for children aged 0-3 years (ČSN EN 71, Part 3) and is suitable for contact with food. Coatings have excellent resistance, do not chalk, nor become brittle due to the effects of UV radiation and weathering, and are resistant to household cleaning agents. Painted surfaces are extremely mechanically resistant and exhibit a long lifespan indoors and outdoors.

The product is safe under the conditions of intended use and meets hygiene requirements for toys and products for children aged up to 3 years (according to EN 71, Part 3), Government Regulation No. 86/2011 Coll., Annex No. 2, III. Chemical substances, point 12 and also meets hygiene requirements for products intended for contact with food and drinking water, established by Ministry of Health Regulation No. 38/2001 Coll., as amended for white base. DENAS COLOR a.s. has taken measures to ensure the conformity of the product placed on the market with the technical documentation and the basic requirements. It does not guarantee the validity of certificates when tinting outside the manufacturer's premises.

Application procedure:

The substrate must be dry, free of dirt, non-adhering layers of old coatings, and grease. Protect new metal surfaces with 1-2 coats of anti-corrosive primer DENAS FOR METAL-PRIMER or DENAS FOR METALS 2IN1, then apply the top coat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 layers. Wooden substrates should first be unified with DENAS FOR WOOD-PRIMER or diluted DENAS UNIVERSAL paint in a 1:1 ratio with water, in 1-2 coats depending on the absorbency of the wood. Then perform the top coat with undiluted paint in 1-2 layers. We recommend protecting wood in outdoor environments with a suitable impregnator with biocidal effects. Protect mineral substrates with a coat of penetrating agent in 1-2 layers and then with the top covering paint DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 layers. The minimum temperature during application and drying of the coating is +10 °C and air humidity up to 70%.

Safety and hygiene of paint for wood and metal:

Under usual use, there are no situations where immediate medical assistance would be necessary. Recommendation: When working, adhere to personal hygiene principles. Ensure ventilation of the workspace. When spraying, use respiratory protection. In case of eye contact, rinse with plenty of water.

Disposal of waste:

Dispose of leftover paint and contaminated packaging as hazardous waste in accordance with applicable regulations. The product retains its useful properties in the original unopened packaging at least until the date indicated on the lid.
