DENAS UNIVERSAL-MAT top coat for wood, metal and concrete, 0823 light pink, 700 g

DENAS UNIVERSAL MAT is a top water-based paint for coatings of building elements and structures made of wood, metal, construction materials, fresh galvanized sheet metal and galvanized roofing sheets, aluminum, certain types of plastics, chipboard, ceramic tiles with the addition of silane, gypsum board. It complies with the standard for surface finishes of products and toys for children aged 0-3 years (ČSN EN 71, Part 3) and is suitable for contact with food. The coatings have excellent resistance, do not chalk or become brittle due to UV radiation and weathering, and are resistant to household cleaning agents. The painted surfaces are extremely mechanically durable and show a long lifespan in both interior and exterior applications.

The product is safe under conditions of intended use and meets hygiene requirements for toys and products for children aged up to 3 years (according to EN 71, Part 3), Government Regulation No. 86/2011 Coll., Annex No. 2, III. Chemical substances, point 12 and also meets hygiene requirements for products intended for contact with food and drinking water as stipulated by the MZČR Regulation No. 38/2001 Coll., in the valid wording for the white base. DENAS COLOR a.s. has taken measures to ensure compliance of the product placed on the market with the technical documentation and essential requirements. It does not guarantee the validity of approvals for tinting outside the manufacturer's premises.

Application procedure:

The substrate must be dry, free of dirt, non-adhering layers of older coatings, and grease. Protect new metal surfaces with 1–2 layers of DENAS ANTICORROSION BASE or DENAS 2-in-1 METAL BASE and then apply the top coat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1–2 layers. For wooden substrates, first unify with DENAS WOOD BASE or diluted DENAS UNIVERSAL paint in a 1:1 ratio with water, applying 1–2 layers depending on the absorbency of the wood. Then proceed to the top coat with undiluted paint in 1–2 layers. We recommend protecting exterior wood to depth using a suitable impregnator with biocidal effects. Protect mineral substrates by coating with a primer in 1–2 layers followed by the top coat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1–2 layers. The minimum temperature for application and drying of the coating is +10 °C and air humidity up to 70%.
