DENAS UNIVERSAL-MAT topcoat for wood, metal and concrete, 0120 roof anthracite, 700 g

DENAS UNIVERSAL MAT is a water-based topcoat for coatings of construction elements and structures made of wood, metal, building materials, freshly galvanized sheet metal and galvanized roofing tiles, aluminum, some types of plastics, laminated board, ceramic tiles with the addition of silane, gypsum board. It meets the standard for surface finishes of products and toys for children aged 0-3 years (ČSN EN 71, Part 3) and is suitable for contact with food. The coatings have excellent resistance, do not chalk, nor become brittle due to UV radiation and weather exposure, and are resistant to cleaning agents used in households. The painted surfaces are extremely mechanically resistant and show long durability both indoors and outdoors.

The product is safe under specified conditions of use and meets hygiene requirements for toys and products for children up to 3 years old (according to EN 71, Part 3), Government Regulation No. 86/2011 Coll., Annex No. 2, III. Chemical substances, point 12 and also meets hygiene requirements for products intended for contact with food and drinking water as stipulated by MZČR Decree No. 38/2001 Coll., as amended for white bases. DENAS COLOR a.s. has taken measures to ensure compliance of the product brought to market with technical documentation and basic requirements. It does not guarantee the validity of certifications when tinting outside the manufacturer's premises.

Application procedure:

The substrate must be dry, free from dirt, loose layers of older coatings, and grease. New metal surfaces should be protected with 1-2 coats of anti-corrosion primer DENAS NA KOV-ZÁKLAD or DENAS NA KOVY 2V1; then apply the topcoat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 layers. Wooden substrates should first be unified with DENAS NA DŘEVO-ZÁKLAD or diluted paint DENAS UNIVERSAL in a ratio of 1:1 with water, in 1-2 layers depending on the absorbency of the wood. Then apply the topcoat with undiluted paint in 1-2 layers. For wood in exterior, we recommend protecting to depth with a suitable impregnant with biocidal effects. Protect mineral substrates with a coat of penetrating agent in 1-2 layers, followed by the top coat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 layers. The minimum temperature during application and drying of the paint is +10 °C and air humidity up to 70%.
