DENAS UNIVERSAL-MAT top coat for wood, metal and concrete, 0120 roofing anthracite, 700 g

DENAS UNIVERSAL MAT is a top water-based paint for coatings of building elements and structures made of wood, metal, building materials, freshly galvanized sheet metal and galvanized roofing sheets, aluminum, certain types of plastics, hardboard, ceramic tiles with the addition of silane, drywall. It meets the standard for surface treatments of products and toys for children aged 0-3 years (ČSN EN 71, part 3) and is suitable for contact with food. The coatings have excellent durability, do not chalk, nor become brittle due to the effects of UV radiation and weather, and are resistant to the action of cleaning agents used in households. Coated surfaces are extremely mechanically resistant and exhibit a long service life in both interior and exterior.

The product is safe under the specified conditions of use and meets the hygiene requirements for toys and products for children under 3 years (according to EN 71, part 3), Government Regulation No. 86/2011 Coll., Annex No. 2, III. Chemical substances, point 12, and also meets hygiene requirements for products intended for contact with food and drinking water, as stipulated by the Ministry of Health Regulation No. 38/2001 Coll., as amended for the white base. DENAS COLOR a.s. has implemented measures to ensure compliance of the product placed on the market with the technical documentation and basic requirements. It does not guarantee the validity of the certificates when toning outside the manufacturer's premises.

Application procedure:

The substrate must be dry, free of dirt, non-adherent layers of older coatings, and grease. New metal surfaces should be protected with 1-2 layers of anti-corrosion primer DENAS ON METAL-PRIMER or DENAS ON METALS 2IN1, then apply top coat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 layers. Wooden substrates should first be unified with DENAS ON WOOD-PRIMER or diluted paint DENAS UNIVERSAL in a 1:1 ratio with water, in 1-2 layers depending on the absorbency of the wood. Then make the top coat with undiluted paint in 1-2 layers. For outdoor wood, we recommend protection to depth with a suitable impregnator with biocidal effects. Protect mineral substrates with a coating in 1-2 layers with a penetrating agent followed by top coat DENAS UNIVERSAL in 1-2 layers. The minimum application and drying temperature is +10 °C and humidity up to 70%.

Safety and hygiene of the paint for wood and metal:

There are no situations requiring immediate medical assistance during normal use. Recommendations: Follow personal hygiene practices while working. Ensure ventilation of the workplace. Use respiratory protection when applying by spraying. In case of eye contact, rinse with running water.

Waste disposal:

Dispose of paint residues and contaminated packaging as hazardous waste in accordance with applicable regulations. The product retains its useful properties in the original unopened packaging at least until the date indicated on the lid.
